Even during a difficult day, everyone in the shop focused solely on their customers. They were extremely informative and attentive to each/every issue they encountered. I was very surprised to receive a discount during my visit due to a lag time in receiving necessary parts to repair my vehicle. Anthony, Dave and Jay did their upmost to ensure that things were done as timely and efficiently as possible. Highly recommend this shop as I have been a customer here for years. Big big big THANK YOU TO JAY! I got my oil change, brake pads/rotors, serpentine and power steering belt replaced all in the same day! He helped me sooo much financially, I just bought my 2006 Hyundai Elantra Monday and I knew it definitely needed some work. He provided me with everything I needed to get done at a very decent price and was able to help me get EasyPay so I can get some of the work done the same day! I will definitely be coming back to finish all my other repairs. Monro would never! I would give them a thousand stars if I could!! They were very attentive and have reasonable prices. 01 sequoia. I'm sure the planets lined up for me, but with the perfect timing and a tuned in manager they had changed my oil in about a half hour while we waited. a good vehicle lookover spotted the few things that I knew would need replacing that I have been keeping an eye on (lower ball joints-wet, small powersteering boot rip) also we had a verberating noise before upshift only when cold. found some heat shield clamps started rotted off and the shield were rattling. nice find. the truck is quiet as a church mouse and they didn't even charge us!!! my car needs a tierod end and a tire. I will be bringing it there.

Thank you to Anthony and Scott who were very kind to squeeze in two oil changes for me! Scott was very helpful and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. He was able to catch which type of oil my vehicle uses. Every other place I've gone to stated my truck required a blend, but Scott triple checked and found out it calls for synthetic, not a blend. I will be sure to use these guys as they are thorough, extremely nice, and do a great job of checking over the vehicles and giving the best recommendations. Service: Oil change
