Horrible. They lose and forget everything. You have to call them daily to follow up.

Worst service ever! If you're looking for great service this is the last place you should go. Dropped a screen of in August just received it today. Never got a call stating when it was done. Was lied to by the manager Mike I was called and left a voicemail. Never happened! Secretary Janice or Janet sucks at her job.... Took me 5 phone calls to even get a quote out of her. The screen is bent and crooked! Hopefully they go out of business... They sure don't run it like they want any.

A few months ago I got my windshield replaced by Binswanger Glass. The minute I pulled out of my driveway the day of the repair, my car began dinging and displaying "hood open." This dinging and notification weren't anywhere to be found prior to Binswanger Glass replacing my windshield. BOTH times the technician came out to fix LOUD air noises coming from the windshield, he tried to remedy this "hood open" issue. The secretary in the office called me the day after his last visit to my house and told me that the car dealership by her (who never saw the vehicle and has no idea what the REAL issue may be) told her that "these switches go on my model year and its just a coincidence that it happened when we were replacing the windshield." This is absolute bull, because this dinging and notification WAS NOT HAPPENING PRIOR TO BINSWANGER'S TECHNICIAN TOUCHING MY CAR. The following week, I brought my car to my local dealer for an oil change, who also told me that it was absolutely snapped off by the windshield technician and due to the placement of this switch (RIGHT UNDER THE WINDSHIELD) there was no other explanation for it. I even have the broken part as proof. Binswanger stated that “the alarm would have gone off if the tech broke the piece” why would the vehicle’s alarm go off if the vehicle is unlocked? After contacting my insurance company and having the insurance company constantly being told by Binswanger that they didn't do it (of course they didn't) I'm now out over $100 when my insurance has free glass replacement. They know well and good they caused the issue, but they didn't want to eat the cost of fixing it, so they made a customer pay for it instead. Also, they caused paint damage on two pieces of molding (one on each side of my windshield) which they of course did not own up to. Instead, they added the damage to their "damage report" once I contacted Lynx services (warranty claims for my insurance company), as well as adding what appears to be my FORGED initials. I mean, don't you think I would have questioned this damage when I allegedly initialed it? exactly. The damage didn't exist prior to them touching my vehicle. Of course Lynx services is useless and sided with them in both the hood switch and paint damage instances. My lawyer will be contacting them because this is absolutely unreal. This customer will be sure to never recommend anyone to them in the future. There are tons of glass places around the state, avoid this one. *I did file a complaint with the department of consumer protection, to whom they also fed their lies and BS explanations to. The state couldn't do anything and reminded me that I could always file a small claims suit. By that point I had just gotten rid of the vehicle, so I dropped the issue. The $100 for the hood switch (I didn't have the paintwork done yet at that point) was not worth anymore aggravation than I had already been put through.
