I have been coming to Great Clips for years usually the one in Cheshire with my kids. I just moved to the area and came into the store without checking in online. The first girl that greeted me was very polite and welcoming then another woman with red hair ended up taking me. The haircut was alright, could’ve been better, but her manner of speaking was a bit condescending and it made me uncomfortable. Although the price is great, I probably will not be coming back here. The worst haircut I have ever received in my life. It was horribly uneven and I had asked the lady to take one inch off the length and to clean up the layers and bangs but it ended up looking like a two year old child cut it with craft scissors. She kept saying to keep my head straight and don't move (Which I was so stiff straight that I was starting to resemble a cadaver) just to cover up her incompetence. I would have been better off just having her shave my head bald but that would have been a disaster too. Service: Haircut

Was my first time here, Only had to wait a few minutes, and the haircut came out great! I wish I asked for the name of the lady who cut my hair so I can go back to her specifically, but her and everyone there were very friendly and welcoming! The environment was very calm and inviting, something that I haven’t seen in some places I’ve been for haircuts. I will definitely be back! Service: Haircut

They did such an excellent job with my son's hair. The hair dresser was so kind to him, making conversation with him. She got it done quickly, and they have stickers and lollipops for kids when they're done. Glad we went there!

Very clean professional environment. Sarah was nice and she cut my hair exactly how I asked. She was very thorough and double checked to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely go back again!
