Two stars because the folks there were nice and friendly, the price was very reasonable, and online check-in worked well. Only two stars, though because I just got the worst haircut of my life, two weeks before my daughter’s wedding. I wear glasses and can’t see what is going on during the haircut, so I couldn’t stop her until it was too late. After cutting, she pointed out that the left side was still a little poofy and asked if I wanted it cleaned up a little bit. She then pretty much shaved the entire left side of my head. The top is completely lopsided, with a couple inches of hair on the top right and a buzz cut from the center line all down the left side and around the back. I guess you get what you pay for, and now I’ll need to pay much more to try and find somebody to fix it.

I brought my daughter and son in today. There were two stylists and over an 80 minute wait. We checked in online and had to wait about 10 minutes. The poor women working were being yelled at by another customer because he had to wait and they were still professional and courteous. I wanted to write this review because THEY ARE TRYING! The entire world is short staffed because of the pandemic especially hair salons… I’m grateful they came to work today, and both of my babies left happy with a great haircut. Service: Haircut

I dont usually go to this location but decided to as the wait time was short so I checked in online.. Arrived around 5:15 and there was a note on the door saying they were closed at 5pm today. There was someone in there but the door was locked I called to check and they were indeed closed. The woman apologized profusely and explained that they were short handed and she was there all day and was told she could leave. However, I would expect that the people in charge would have done something to stop the check ins to prevent this from happening .

Extremely late 2 days in a row. Today arrived 10 min before appointment…(made appt 40 minutes prior)). Upon arriving told they were running late. Asked how long a wait— told about 40 min!! …40 MORE MINUTES!!! Yesterday similar lateness (25min) Walked out on both Coming here for years but NEVER AGAIN !!!!’

I’ve always had a good experience here! Super clean. The staff is always very nice, friendly and caring. The prices are fair. I like that you can check in online, so I’ve never really had to wait and was always greeted and taken right away. This will always be my go to place for haircuts! Service: Haircut

This is the second time we have taken our son here. The first time they cut his ear and didn’t even notice. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because I didn’t wanna to make a judgment about a business based off one stylist, so we tried again. Well shame on us. My son and husband just came back from their hair cuts and they are horrible. My sons hair is so uneven. We have an appointment else where to get both of their haircuts fixed this week. And tried to email the email address by the person that responded to my review and the email was rejected because the sender blocked it.

I go here for a medium bald fade. There’s not many chains that can deliver a barbershop quality fade and edge up at the Great Clips price. There’s a stylist here named Jazelle who is extremely patient and talented. She is professional and maintains great conversation. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you’re 100 percent satisfied prior to leaving. Hands down the best stylist who has ever worked at this Great Clips for this particular style. I’ve been here countless times since 2016 and was never particular to any of the stylists before. Get ready for the summer, stop in and see Jazelle! Service: Hairstyling

I took my daughter for her first "real" haircut and this is what I got!! A simple trim straight across and there were pieces that were 1-2 inches longer than the rest. I love Great Clips, but we will not be returning to this location.

Finding a reliable, affordable and good local barber/hair salon isn’t easy. GREAT CLIPS in Cheshire is a treasure. Just had a great haircut by Juliana there. She was pleasant, professional, cut it the way I wanted it and paid attention to little details like my sideburns. I’ve paid $65 for haircuts before and Juliana’s was better. Could not be more pleased!! Making an appointment was super easy and the team there is very careful about maintaining safety and infection protocols wiping everything down after every use. Please support this business. They deserve it
