I went for there for the first time and it's my last. I never leave bad reviews. I'm flexible and have realistic expectations for most things. My salon was damaged in a fire and I couldn't put my roots off any longer. The stylist was intimidating and rude. She added every possible upcharge she could without informing me. I understand the posted prices are "starting rates", which is fine, but if there's a big difference the customer should be informed. If I had known the cost, I could have gone to the local spa for a $50 difference and gotten a better experience. I had to return to the salon to get it fixed. She missed coloring an area that was the size of a quarter and three more areas were found on the back of my head during the correction. She took a towel used to dry the hair of the customer next to me and used it to wipe hair dye off my forehead! The chairs were never wiped down between customers. I was told to move chairs so she could do a men's haircut and immediately sat him where I had just been. She told me I had to buy a color safe product. I got home and read the labels. The shampoo was for pulling the green out of your hair if you swim in pools. The conditioner was for hard water. I contacted Supercuts corporate and never heard back from them. I went in for a haircut at 11:45 on a Saturday and had to wait for ten minutes and that’s is okay, but the lady who cut my hair (she was the one working on the last seat from the entrance) she was very rude and she just used the trimmer all over and did not even use scissors for more than 30 seconds.horrible haircut and rude attitude, would never go back there and do not recommend anyone going here. Also the inside is not clean Service: Long haircut
