Don't do pick up orders here. Every time I try it's consistently a mess and I end up going to find half my order myself. You're better off driving 30 mins + to a different store, it would be faster. Only added a star because Alicia is awesome.

Employees do not provide help. Egnor customers. Store allowed juveniles to race around in the handicap motorized carts. No carts were available for use during my visit. Forklifts were abandoned throughout the store making it impossible to shop. Very disorganized and no customer support.

Got Hot water Heater installed through Home Depot on 6/13/22. A big mistake and headache. Home depot just refers to their independent contractor but I don't think they even monitor how do these independent contractors work. Let me inform you that I buy goods worth thousands from Home Depot every year but this is the first time I tried getting an installation service from them. Apparently what happens is that this plumbing contractor gives an estimate of total amount for the heater and installation without giving the breakdown of the cost of parts and labor. Since mostly the hot water heater installation is urgency due to leaking old heater, the heater was changed and when I asked for the details (Which they never provided me for several days), the manager/owner of N& J Plumbing Nicholas Roppo informed me that they charge a flat fee of $549 for installation on top of the parts that they buy from Home Depot. They had charged me much more for the cost of the hot water heater and also charged an extra $105 for the pan below the heater (A pan that costs between $10-$20 at the Home Depot) and also charged for the permit (Copy of the permit was never given to me even when I asked for it, So I dont know if it was ever pulled). I was overcharged for the hot water heater and installation by N&J Plumbing and not only that, after detailed discussion with Nicholas Roppo on the phone who admitted to charging me for a different model of the hot water heater and promised to refund about $305.73 that was overcharged, he later stopped responding to my phone calls. I have now submitted claim with the credit card company who are working to get me the refund. On top of it, after a couple of days, my credit card was charged $6.97 at Dunkin Donuts in Farmington Ct that is next to the office of N&J Plumbing and it was obvious that their employee who had my CC number charged my card. I had to get my CC cancelled. Home Depot needs to monitor their contractors.

The Home Depot of Glastonbury CT is by far the worst I have ever been to. Customer service is nonexistent and you leave with more questions than you came with. Employees literally argue with customers. If upper management would ever leave main products in the same location, maybe the clerks wouldnt fruitlessly send you to 5 different aisles. I could write a novel here... If you choose to shop at Home Depot, the Lisbon and Willimantic locations are the real deal. Glastonbury location is deplorable.

Convenient if you need to get items for the house the same day. Appears to have just a little more variety than Lowes. Either way, can probably get the same items cheaper on Amazon.

Turned out my order/pickup item was missing. Greeter was extremely nice, Customer Service was very apologetic and offered me a discount on future online pickup, so that helped me a lot. I will be back.

No complaints. Lovely neighborhood Home Depot. Customer service could be a tad bit better but i’ve seen worse. Prices are affordable and quality of items never disappoint.

I've only lived nearby for about a year and I think I've been here about once a week. This place is like my second home, I love coming here. The staff is always friendly and professional. Can't wait for my next trip here! Been here a bunch since and have greatly familiarized myself with the layout. Always nice conversation with the employees.

Clean, organized. Like any other home depot. Had a lot of succulents in so many beautiful colors. Went for a GFI outlet, they had what we needed and was easy to find. Can't help but feel like its becoming more of a self service type of store. Still, got what we came for and had a good experience.
