I can highly recommend Karen Bradbury's Closet and Storage Concepts- specifically Jenna Merola Trotzer, RA, NCARB, Project Architect- for any person, family, business seeking: professionalism, out of the box creativity, detail orientation, years of design/architectural experience, reliability and responsible attitude. These are the factors necessary to contribute to excellet project design, execution and managment. Jenna takes pride and "ownship" in her work and will go to great lengths to not only find unique solutions but also make them a reality. I don't write reviews lightly but I speak from over a year of experience with the company and have asked for Jenna each time. She has renovated and upgraded several areas in my OLD home including: Garage makeover, Transform furnace room into a spacious area with counter tops and maximal storage including open cab, large and small drawers, closets, wall hanging storage Create very cute and functional "Beach Closet" storage for all the chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, etc Laundry room with tons of storage for anything plus a folding and hanging area and a free standing wall that a hides all of the utilities and oil tank but has a secret door to allow acces to all of the utilities. She is a problem solver, ever cheery, worked around my schedule and effectively communicated with her building team to convey the plan and ensure that each of these projects were flawlessly executed. I credit owner Karen Bradbury with understanding that any company can make a closet BUT in a mass of online closet companies, she has brought to her team talented archtiects (Jenna Trotzer, RA) who have the knowledge and skills to think beyond a cookie cutter, mass produced product. She was very easy to work with, she listened to my needs and didn’t mind making changes in design when I asked her. The installation person - Vladimir was very detail oriented and knowledgeable. The cabinets look great and the job was "on time" and we have received so many compliments on how organized everything looks. I've had Karen and her team design and install closets for quite a few of my design clients. We've even done a fabulous Murphy bed! Clients are thrilled with their new spaces, as am I. Closet & Storage Concepts handles projects with a professional, yet personal approach, which makes for a wonderful experience. She put together a lovely design that fit the room and today almost two years later my closet still looks like it was just installed.
