I went to the store to get primer. They had limited selection but did have 5 gallon buckets of Bulls Eye. I was charged almost $500 for two. When I asked how it could be that expensive I was assured that was the price. I went home and confirmed these sell for $110-$120 each everywhere else. When I called I was given the same assurances that I was charged correctly. I returned everything and purchased somewhere else. Don't buy anything without checking the prices. They have no shame.

I recently made my first purchase (but definitely not my last) at the Sherwin Williams- Bristol store and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Brandon was extremely helpful from the initial phone conversation ( he answered a lot of questions for me, as I was doing a first time project) to the seamless curbside pickup. I highly recommend this store! Thank you- keep up the great work! ( and an extra thanks for keeping all of us quarantined, a little happier by being able to complete some projects around the house- we APPRECIATE you!)

Neat clean store with helpful and courteous employees. Received guidance on how to mix a sand based texture for ceiling that had texture that needed to be matched so that we didn't have to redo the entire ceiling. Quality paint at a fair price.

The store in Bristol, CT had one person working on orders coming in and could not wait on me. Ten minutes later another employee clocked in and help me while other customers waited. He was attentive and helpful and pleasant. Staffing is an issue.
