The employee was nice and helpful. She went out of her way to see if we could get a uhal truck but was out. It was very clean and had product that you can see and to buy for a move. The only thing is there really no signs that show uhal until you get to the door.

don't bring his things here a lot of dirt enters. . and when you have to deliver they send you to clean the land that enters or you pay $50 for them to do it. you will take all your dirty things out of the ground

Storage unit was great, customer service from the female that works there was awful. The gentleman was a lot better. They also took over two weeks to get a refund because I was charged two months and was only there for 20 days, after multiple calls asking about it.

I've used these storage units for a couple years now. There is not much to say about storage units. And in my opinion, that is why I recommend coming here. I have had no problems with the owners at all. They are understanding, and put a lot of effort into their security. Great place.

Very clean and professional storage unit! My husband and I bought a brand new built and we stored our house while it was ready to move into. Eagle Mountain Storage was an easy and great to work with from start to finish. Great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Shawn is amazing to work with. He was beyond patient with me while I switched our units sizes. He answered all the questions I had and let me talk out different scenarios. I heard him on the phone while I was there as well and his customer service is spot on! I truly feel like he wants to make the customers happy! We have storage units and trailers there and love it!

We have now been with EM storage for over year now. Going into our 2nd year we store 2 trailers at this facility. They’re always willing to listen to customer feedback. We have had to move our trailers as they updated and built more units. This wasn’t a hassle at all. They provided very efficient communication to move trailers and contact each person. We were able to move and not have any problems. This has been great and they now have options for new paved trailer parking along with Penske truck stalls. We will continue to support EM storage and know they continue to make improvements. Keep up the great work!

This place was fantastic!!! Highly considerate of customer needs. Brand new dust and snow sweepers are installed to minimize the dust. The ladies in the office are super attentive and efficient. They showed me around the facility to give me reference on the different sizes they offer. They were able to answer every question I had and gave me reference to what the different units could hold. The prices are so affordable, with discounts every other month! If you're looking for competitive pricing, great customer service, and a secure site, this is the place to be! I will defiantly be renting here again.
