Went to buy some freshwater fish and all of the tanks had dead fish in them. One tank had over 20 stuck to the filter. This was around 1pm so the workers had plenty of time to remove them by then. Why sell fish if you can't take care of them?

My dog child is spoiled and loves being at my side. Finding a groomer after having mine for 4+ years was not easy and in the middle of a pandemic. I decided to try them because I needed an appointment ASAP and they did not disappoint. Kallie is amazing and takes such good care of her she has no problem going and every hair is always perfectly cut and in place. Dean always make sure to remind me of my appointments which I greatly appreciate. He’s absolutely amazing and just an amazing guy to be greeted by. I really lucked out with both of them, Kallie and Dean are incredible. This week I could not find the right dog food anywhere and she is super picky. They found me a brand in seconds she loves way more than anything else I’ve given her. I really do love this place for my dog child.

Highly recommend Margot of Petco in Glastonbury, CT.!! Her knowledge, helpfulness, attitude, and communication skills is A+++! If I'm honest, dealing with her was like talking to a best friend, real talk! Although Petco is fortunate to have her, I sure hope her dreams of becoming a zookeeper come true sooner than later. Petco, do your best to keep her. I've never been so confident in choosing my purchase and wish she got commission cuz I'd be back over and over! Thanks for reading! 4 stars to the vet!! She is the best and her immunization records for my dog are on point. Unfortunately, one of the vet staff made this an unusually long & confusing visit. However the doc saved the day! Kudos to her.

I avoid this place because the product selection is not the highest quality and the employees are angry, bossy, catty and passive aggressively condescending. Had to go today because my dog needed something very fast (which they didn’t have). My opinion remains the same. Horrible place to be, shop, experience and a horrible experience for your pet. Every time.

I'm a very visual person. If a place looks off or weird, I pick up on it. Planet fitness for example, too much purple and yellow. This petco is a very down to earth place and quite relaxing. Really helps my dog chill out when she goes for her grooming appointments. She loves it, so I love it.

Took my very matted pup to this location and I must say the did an excellent job!!!!Very satisfied customer and the respect they had for the animals was tremendous!!!!I sat at my car and watched how they soothed my girl by petting her and rubbing her head!!She even came up for a kiss and got one on her head!!!I was so amazed and grateful!!!
