I am very upset every time I call to get my dog in for grooming they never have appointments. Supposedly she has a groomer. What does she get paid like $20 an hour I could’ve gave her a $20 tip and she would’ve got my dog in but now they don’t even put me to talk to her, so yeah, very upset with Petco and my dog will never step there again. I mean come on how long does it take you to do a little Yorky work like a half hour very disappointed and my dogs name is kuki or at least cut her nails. They act like they care about dogs but that’s OK. My baby will go to Petsmart and she will get her haircut.

Our dog was recently groomed & they did a wonderful job! I would definately take him back there again! I was very happy with his cut, bath & nail trim.

Absolutely unbelievable experience at this petco. Customer service is very nice and took care of the issue for me. But WOW someone needs to help the people working at the cash register because there seems to be some confusion, as well as teach their employees how to speak to their customers.. Because the woman I was being helped by was incredibly disrespectful.

The staff is super friendly. Tough to find an associate during rush hours, but when you do they are always very nice and professional.

I take my dog here for showers and the best that shower my dog so far is tara ..Ask for tara she will take care your pet and pls people things are very hard so don’t forget to tip her ok

What a great Experience Saydi was more than Amazing Our dog is sick and she got us the proper stuff we need and had it ready for us before we even arrived. Then gave us the proper Dosage. Great attitude friendly and professional. We will be going here from now on.cashier Ashley was also very professional and polite Great People.

Petco grooming is a very professional part of Petco. They are very careful of older pets and have all the proper equipment for the comfort of the older dogs for the groomer. Jamie the groomer is awesome and pays attention to detail. I'm sure the other groomers are great also, I've only been with Jamie though

Petco doesn’t have a bag? I ordered 3 item and only get one. they Don’t sended me a email or a notification letting me know that they don’t have the items they only send what they have without letting you know. I call then to ask about the other 2 items and the customer services was very stupid and aggressive. I love the store but poor customer service and very poor delivery.
