I live an hour away from Batesville’s Mark Martin Kia, but that’s who we got the car through, so we’ve used them for everything. I went in for an oil change and was there for 2 hours. When they finally brought me my keys they said that my car had been done for a while and that they forgot to bring me my keys. He said the only reason he knew I was still there was because he went to ask a question and seen my paper and keys on the desk. They only took $14 off my bill, which still came out to $57 after that. To top it off, after he said they forgot us he said they put a quote in the paperwork for tires because 2/4 need to be replaced. Mind you these tires aren’t even a year old and with less than 21,000 miles on them. We bought our tires through them too. We’ve decided we’re not using Mark Martins for anything anymore, we will use someone local and maybe they won’t forget we’re there.

The worse service ever. The guy in the service department had no clue to what his job is. Had a service plan for my Kia bought from Kia for oil changes and no one there knew how to find it or how to pull it up. They only told me sorry no one here knows how to pull up your service plan and I had to pay for my oil change. Employees here need to be more knowledgeable of there positions and their job. When I bought the Kia service plan with Kia that I can go to any Kia in the United States and get a oil change!! Why is the only Kia that don’t take it is the mark Martin Kia of batesville!

They are a great dealership! Friendly, knowledgeable and what a wonderful service department. It is very thorough and they explain themselves well. I drive 2 hours each way to get my Niro serviced there. It's well worth the drive, to know that it will be well taken care of is priceless to me! In this day of people not caring enough to do a good job, I feel they go out of their way to their best. They have a great team!

This is the first and only Kia dealership I have been refused business because I am not local to the area. I was excited about seeing my dream car on their website, and I was not met with compassion, interest, nor given the time of day from their staff. I was told “No. You have a dealership in your city.” I am extremely disappointed that I wasn’t even given an opportunity to be their customer.

After this review was posted, i was contacted by the service manager and Mark Martin refunded the cost of the service. Thank you Beth for your attention and action--good business practices! I brought my car in for the air condition not working. What the issue is: I talked with Daniel prior to bringing the car in for an inspection and spoke to him about a "worst case scenario" cost. He told flat out that the repairs would be from $600.00 to $1200.00. So, i took my car to Mark Martin Kia for a $200.00 evaluation of the AC problem and was told that the repair would cost $2300.00 (almost $2400.00). I discussed this with Daniel and told him that it was a waste of time and money for me to bring my car in. I told Daniel that i would not be paying 2400.00. AND, if he would of told me the price could be as high as $2400 00 that i would not spent the $200.00. And, his response to that was "i can't run customers off telling them those kind high of prices". Wow. What a way to treat people. Con them into coming in to pay an inspection cost and figuring it is HOT weather , they will just pay whatever to ha e their car's air conditioning fixed. Bad business, right there. Public beware.
