The employees didn't seem to be getting along for 1. I was supposed to get and oil change and rotation. Didn't get the rotation as they claim my vehicle wouldn't start. My vehicle starts like everyone else's. They just didn't do it. Not sure why such a simple department isn't managed any better than it is. Walmart isn't anywhere close to what it once used to be. I called and spoke with them on the phone about it...they really don't care.

These guys are pretty slow. You can go in for a simple oil change with 1 person ahead of you and end up being there for a couple of hrs. Oil change only takes 20 minutes tops🤔

Literally been waiting 2 1/2 hours and my car is the only one in there. 4 or 5 guys back there and nobody is working. Still waiting on then. 2 of them are in here cussing up a storm around my 6 year old daughter Service: Tires

Efficient, talk to you in layman terms. Try to get you the deals for your budget and even financial is available. I like it though they parking spaces calling ahead of time and park in slot available and will get you, just sit in car cool listen to radio or go in store they drive it in

Took my car in to get an oil change at 8:30 am. Never got a call so I showed back up 3 hours later only to be told my car was ready at 9:00 am. My car didn’t get its oil changed because my plug was “too tight” & “rounded.” My father in law changed my oil when they were closed because of covid so I know for a fact it wasn’t like that when he changed it. Called to speak to manager to tell him & try to get things figured out because I am having lots of problems getting my oil changed and he was super nice & said he would talk to the man who dealt with my car! Not pleased with this scenario, but pleased that the manager listened to my side of the story & said he’d get back to me! Service: Oil change

I am glad the auto center is back at work. I missed the ease of bringing my car in for an oil change while doing a little shopping. This time I was in and out in 30 minutes. Yay!

Wish there was negative stars I asked for the standard oil change which is $19.99 and some how it went to $54.27. The last time they had to get some oil off the shelf and it was 35.98 which isn't as bad as this 54. The guy couldnt even explain it also they didn't even page me to let me know about this difference in price. Not mention I gave them strict instructions not to remove the key the ignition is messed up and they did it anyway. I will never go there again.

Have a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. Got there at 0745. Got my truck in around 10:00. 1 person worked very slowly changing my tires one at a time while another employee played on his phone. Talked to assistant manager about the problem and was told he would have the manager talk to me. Never happened. Took almost 4 hours to mount and balance a set of tires. Employee dropped one of my center pieces in the floor and laughed about it. They 50 psi in all my tires which made a low tire lite stay on. Told them I wanted 60 psi in all 4 tires. They put 70. Was also charged $3.00 a tire for torquing my lug nuts? Wouldn't take a bicycle tire there to be worked on. Worst automotive experience I've ever had. Will never go back and will be sure and tell every person I know how terrible the service is. Unacceptable.
