This place is great. It’s only a short distance from where I live. I mostly stop in to buy cigarettes but today when I came in the employee at the register did not know how to input a mobile coupon and refused to call and ask how to do so. I ended up wasting a $1 off coupon because he didn’t know what he was doing. I wouldn’t be upset with it if he at least attempted to make an effort. I’ve worked for gas stations for years. I have never told a customer I can’t do it. If I need help with something I call a manager or another employee to see if they know how. The girl who works there in the morning really knows what she’s doing. Some staff maybe just needs a little bit more training on how to do certain things that are necessary for working at a gas station. It’s okay to ask for help if you don’t know how to do something but you need to ask so that in the future you know how to do it.

Why do paying customers have to be subjected to people outside begging for money!? Management and staff should be protecting the people who keep this place open, not the leaches of society! No one should have to face this when spending their hard earned money!

I never shop at Irving oil. Just cause I drive by it, google is always asking me to review this place...I'm tired of being asked to review this place when I never gas up here.

Small but busy. Easy on/off highway with sales of gas, a well kept & variety stocked convenience store that includes a Dunkin Donuts with a drive thru. Super convenient & clean. Friendly knowledgeable staff always helpful.

So, the gas station is normal. But there is a Krispy Krunch chicken spot in there and it is awesome. Similarly priced to a KFC or Popeyes, but infinitely better. I know it may sound strange to buy fried chicken from a gas station, but I recommend it!

Good for a quick gas stop but the convenience store is dirty and barely stocked. Much better options down the street/across the border in Naugatuck
