A bit upsetting honestly. I went there trying to fix my phone screen. Upon entering was not greeted by any of the employees even though they saw me. I know they were busy with other customers but nobody said “I’ll be right with you” or acknowledged me at all and I was there for a good 7 minutes. I just eventually got up and walked away because I really wasted my time!

I had a great experience working with Jae today ! I went in with a broken charger port & he was very patient with me & showed me all my options ! I told him I’ll be back when it’s time to upgrade my phone & will definitely be working with him because of the great customer service he showed. Thank you Jae!!!

Wali was so great at his job. He upgraded me to a new phone and got me a Samsung watch also. He went above and beyond to set my emails and do all the transfers on to my new phone and connect the watch as well. Thank you wali for great job

Had the best customer service by Carlos E. I was able to upgrade my old phone and save on my phone bill despite having the newest iPhone. I didn’t think it was possible but he spent a lot of time with me, showed every option and made it work. I will be referring my whole family and for those that read this review, make sure you ask for Carlos !!

A. Wali at AT&T in the Brass Mill Center in Waterbury was absolutely wonderful to us!! We had a lot of things to do and he got us done professionally and efficiently. Not only did he get the job done, but he was friendly and sweet while he helped us. I would recommend anyone to go there and have him help them and I promise they would not leave dissatisfied!!

Unsure wether or not I would be able to recover pictures, passwords and contacts from my previously damaged phone Beatriz displayed excellent customer service within a reasonable time, what I thought would take the whole day only took what seemed like only a couple of minutes. She was able to transfer all my information to my brand new phone along with a new case and screen protector she was also very thorough in explaining the entire process which was extremely helpful.

My experience with AT&T was awesome. A.Wali was my salesperson and he was very thorough. When i Initially came in he helped me choose the phone that was perfect for me.!! We had a few problems with setting up my email but he was patient and in no time solved the situation. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He was polite and very helpful. I will certainly seek him out in the future for any of my AT&T purchases! Thank you A. Wali.

The worst mistake. Turned my phones in and did not get the phone credits that was promised with the promo. Instore gave manual credits and after a while, stopped because they could not find my phones I turned in to their corporate staff. Had collections send me a bill while am still a customer with NO late payments. Now am paying $60 extra every month because of their own mistake of not finding the phones I turned in. Am sure they have cameras to see when I turned it in but they are not bothered. Called several times and still no resolution. Worst mistake. Hoping to get out of this contract soon. .
