I had a wonderful experience at T-Mobile. It was a long process transferring all my information from my android phone to my new iPhone but T-Mobile staff and management got it done. I’d like to think team members Ambrose and a few other team members for all their hard consistent work. I’d especially like to thank manager John-Michael for following up and assisting with the transfer process all while being helpful and patient. Great personalities helpful team members. This particular T-Mobile made experience Phenomenal!

Went on the web, scheduled a appointment at my usual T-mobile store, walked up to the door at the time of my appt., was greeted by my favorite salesperson, and walked out 30 minutes later with the exact phone I asked for and needed. I could not ask for a better solution and the service was presented with politeness and professionalism as always. He even adjusted my contact so I now pay less on my monthly bill, even with the new phone payment added.

First of all I was told the manager was in a meeting even though I scheduled an appointment in advance. After insisting, out he comes and stayed out, meeting magically over! They misrepresented the promotions, which I ended up not getting even though that's what convinced me to switch to Tmobile. Also the girl said you have to put insurance that day or can't, found out you have 30 days, because she ended up not processing it correctly so I had none when I left. They also insist on the screen protector with iPhone12 which has Gorilla glass, can be dropped 6 fit and go under water. They just want to get you as a customer and get your money.
