Had the best customer service by Carlos E. I was able to upgrade my old phone and save on my phone bill despite having the newest iPhone. I didn’t think it was possible but he spent a lot of time with me, showed every option and made it work. I will be referring my whole family and for those that read this review, make sure you ask for Carlos !! ~Marvel

i went in to restore service on my phone on june 3rd around 6pm and the employee whom i didn’t catch his name was extremely rude. he asked me if the phone was still in service to which i informed him that i wasn’t able to make any calls and he replied very rudely as if i didn’t know what i was talking about then just said “card” when i had to pay. very very rude and condescending and i will not be returning to that location in my opinion he should be fired if he doesn’t wanna do his job correctly. ~gail

This past Saturday, I called this Metro PCS with some questions regarding purchasing a new phone. The yYoung man on the other end of the phone was rude and abrasive, brusque and genuinely not helpful. He found my questions annoying, I could tell by the sighs, and then he hung up on me when I said that not being able to answer a simple question like will my plan rate change if I bought a new phone was poor customer service. He said he wouldn’t know until after I bought the phone and he tried to input it. It’s too bad because I spent $900 at the Metro PCS at the Brass Mill Center instead. ~Deb
