i went in to restore service on my phone on june 3rd around 6pm and the employee whom i didn’t catch his name was extremely rude. he asked me if the phone was still in service to which i informed him that i wasn’t able to make any calls and he replied very rudely as if i didn’t know what i was talking about then just said “card” when i had to pay. very very rude and condescending and i will not be returning to that location in my opinion he should be fired if he doesn’t wanna do his job correctly.

I brought my iphone 6 to the park city wireless store to have the screen replaced because it cracked in my pocket. They told me 3 days. . Two weeks later and $150.00 just to replace the screen? I find another repair shop store place next to golden wok Chinese restaurant the repair shop name sand wireless gotten fixed in 10 minutes and paid $95.00..and they give free case and 12 month warranty .. No one go to the park city wireless they are a rip off and a waste of time. Just an over price.
