I called seven times between to Waterbury and Southington locations in attempt to get my dog groomed each time I got disconnected I got to a live customer service and they were on able to connect me to the line he told me to hang up and call back again…

Our dog was butchered by Jennifer. She didn't attempt to try to cut the dog. I took her somewhere else as soon as I left and they used scissors then blades and she was cut down completely. Would never go here again. Doesn't even deserve a star.

Jessica is absolutely awesome! Hands down the best groomer I’ve had with efficiency and care:) she always takes care of my fur and I’ll follow her anywhere.

We had very good experience with groomers Sandy and Jackie. Both are now gone and we were given names of other groomers, one that does not take new clients. Was told because my pug is older and has some trouble walking, I should go elsewhere! That did not feel to well! Still trying to find a good groomer. Very disappointed!

Kelsey is fantastic! I literally just bought a rescue puppy and went into Petco and was introduced to Kelsey. I'm a first time owner and she went OVER AND BEYOND for me. She grabbed the cart, and helped me pick out all of the necessary products for my pup, while educating me on what to expect and to do as a new Mom. I later on found out it was her first day and I was shocked with how informative she was. Seemed like she'd been there a while. If you go here, request her! All of the staff at Petco are loving and informal. I live in Hartford but I will travel to this Petco for the genuine atmosphere and knowledge.

Went in looking for a special diet food for my pup. Few stores carry what we need, Petco had just what I needed! The store associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Briana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has extensive knowledge of fish and how to care for them. On many occasions she took time to assist myself and family with explaining various ways of caring for fish and an aquarium and was very patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend coming to the store and Briana. She was excellent with knowledge and provided valuable customer service and shared her invaluable knowledge and experience. Thanks Petco and Briana. We will be back soon.
