The sales representative went above and beyond with her service to offer the best solution for my mattress needs. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Regretfully I don't remember her name (we actually joked about how bad a person can be remembering names), but I would like to give her a shout out for her excellent service. I went to the store around 8:30pm on 07/28/2022 and she was the only associate there, so maybe this helps the store to find out who I'm talking about. Besides the excellent service, also very happy with the deal I was able to get.

Gerald is hands down the greatest!! We had gone to 3 other mattress competitors and another mattress firm store where we had a less than pleasant experience. Gerald was honest, transparent, and SO helpful!! He’s the reason we decided to give another mattress firm a try, and we’re glad we did. What a wonderful guy! You can tell he really knows his stuff and helped us feel educated before buying our next mattress. This particular mattress firm store is the best!

Absolutely great service Michael was great in every way. Gave us tons of space, wasn't pushy at all, but was there to answer every question. He really taught us about every feature and how they help you sleep. We made a great purchase and will definitely be coming back again and recommending to everyone.

Albin was our salesman. He was very snooty. When we sat on bed instead of lying down to test hardness, he said you have to lay down. Rich said I can tell how it feels. He said, "I have 20 years experience and I know what I am talking about." Not a proper way to speak to a customer. During the checkout, when we didn't take the warrantee for the adjustable base, he said "Good luck with that", annoyed we didn't take it. Not a very good representative for Mattress firm. And after all that he ordered box springs instead of mattresses. The next day he called us and said that we can't use these mattresses on adjustable base and we need box springs which he already ordered instead of the mattresses which he said he noticed when he called us. So now we have to order frames and the box springs and the mattresses. What a mess. Not a good experience. Our only saving grace was the sale prices which were very good.

I’ve been to a couple of mattress firms and bobs furniture and by far Cynthia had the best customer service! She was knowledgeable explained the warranties and even pulled out the beds for me to try out. She went over payment options and gave me the best option available. I can see he selling a lot of beds because she gets it. Friendly, informative, and efficient. Excellent service thank you!

I was extremely impressed with Alban’s knowledge, expertise, and professionalism while we shopped for a new mattress. We found Alban at Mattress Firm in Southington to be extremely patient with all of our questions and needs ! As we began shopping, Alban immediately greeted us and we shared our specific needs.
