Karen kindly greeted my friend Nancy and I the second the door opened. She asked how she could help. My friend Nancy was looking to purchase a mattress and Karen walked her over to every mattress with great detail. Karen was very attentive and able to pinpoint the exact mattress and down to price point. Karen took the time to explain the mattress brands - the history behind every make and model, comfort level (conventional coil - down to the coil count to point out the difference with regards to posture and support), hybrid, or memory foam), if it needed a foundation, explained the different features about the adjustable bases (how the three different types, options work and how it helps regarding comfort and support) available in the showroom. When looking for a mattress Karen is an exceptional salesperson with a wealth of knowledge. Whether you are purchasing or just browsing you can be sure that once you leave the store your mind is made up on the mattress that is right for you.

I had a really good experience at matress firm. Winston helped me pick the perfect bed for me. Was very patient and encouraged me to take my time and lay on each matress for a while. The delivery guys were also great. I picked my bed and bad it delivered and set up 2 days later. Winston followed up by sending me a card! Overall great experience

Jacob greeted us promptly. He was friendly and approachable and answered all our questions, while allowing us to try all the mattresses and pillows. He was knowledgeable not only about beds, but about all helpful discounts. We got a full-size mattress for the price of a twin plus a free base and mattress cover and 2 free pillows. We are very pleased and will recommend Mattress Firm in general and Jacob in particular.
