Terrible experience for my business. My usual UPS guy Matt is great but every time he is on vacation or out, the driver who takes his route posts that he tried to deliver when he didn't. Today, I watched him barrel out of my driveway without even coming to the door and again he posted we were closed when we weren't. That package he has is time sensitive and is needed for a show for tomorrow, trophies...Now I am completely inconvenienced and have to wait till tonight to pickup at their facility. There is def no excuse for this.....

I had the RUDEST encounter with the woman at the front desk of this UPS named Stephanie. If you can drive farther out to it is worth it. I have yet to experience this level of rude attitude from an employee at UPS. I have seen other ppl write about their rude encounter with her so yes if you want to save peace of mind do not go here. Also there hours are extremely strange.

If I could give less stars I would. In attempting to pick up a package that I had sent there for pick up I was berated and yelled at by one of the female employees for pointing out a discrepancy between their policy and the ups.com policy, it was complicated, and the manager ended up resolving it but I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life.

The individual female working at the front desk has horrible customer service and HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, shame on UPS that the fact with a 2.9 rating says enough. How in the world can any company see a rating of 2.9 and be ok with it? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the individual in the front continued to just speak over me and asking me if i heard what she was saying excuse me if a customer asks to speak to a supervisor don't just continue to irritate the customer, i was called around 1230pm at my job to let me know that my package will be held at this location and that they would be open till 415pm which was fine but once i arrived i was told that my package wouldn't be there till 8 or 9 pm, i was so frustrated that i wasn't informed when they called me in the afternoon, so i drove all the way there for nothing just to get An attitude from the customer service rep. Shameful. 2.9 rating smh😤 We apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will help us improve your future experience. 5:30pm-8:00pm hours listed on the website for this location are incorrect. I drove 20 to pick up a package to find out they close at 4:15pm every day and don't open up until the next morning. How is anyone that actually works a daytime job supposed to get here during open hours. They also charged $6 to hold a package at this location that I cannot get to. UPS has lost my business permanently.

Had a package for 2 day delivery, driver didn't want to drive for my package 20 mins, so he set it up so I have to go and get it........ calling customer service is useless

I ordered something close to a month ago, and was informed my address needed to be updated because something went wrong. Apparently, the package is sitting here in north haven. I called three times to correct the issue because the website was broken when I tried to do it there as was recommended. Each time, the person who helped me was extremely nice, but all three times, the error was left uncorrected. Still, I have absolutely no idea what the error was. They kept confirming my address, which was correct, and said it was all set and on its way. I finally cancelled my order because I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. No one can really tell me what was wrong, and I never had this issue in my life before... lived in the same home for ten years. I was mad about the first or second attempt to fix this, but by my third it’s just clear to me that there must be a communication error on their end and whoever is in charge of passing this information along can’t manage to do that.
