Eric Gonzalez was amazing in talking me through shipping my stuff from Studio City to Seminole FL. He was very helpful, understanding to my needs and got me through a very stressful situation. I actually called up and communicated with 13 other Freight companies in the US and no one was as kind and helpful like Eric. Also the pick up from my private residence in Studio City and delivery to my home went very smoothly. The driver who picked up was courteous and kind. Wish I remembered his name. My husband was the one who received the delivery and he said everything was in good order. Of course the covering was dusty but that’s expected. Cannot say enough about Freight run. Where do I begin first off the communication with Frank at First Run was as straightforward and honest as it gets . They moved my 20 foot container effectively from Miami to North Carolina with 3000 pounds in furniture inside the container so approx 8000 pounds with the container for $1600 USD, other transporters wanted double or triple , anything I ever move again will be with Frank . He always answered and always kept me updated.

Ralph Joseph, a freight specialist for FreightRun, exemplifies the qualities that make a business great. I had never shipped an engine like this before and he took the time and had the patience to walk through the registration as well as all the documents that needed to be filled out and signed to complete the Bill of Lading as I was on site at the carrier terminal! He was friendly, patient, informative, and even stayed late to make sure everything went through. I'm assuming it was late because it was already 4pm MST here and he was operating out of Connecticut. Ralph Joseph is the only reason our eng is me was able to ship on August 8, 2022 and to arrive in Florida on August 15, 2022. Without his expertise and dedication, we wouldn't have been able to ship that day and it would have cost us hundreds of dollars in labor to try the next day. Frank found two drivers for us in a pinch, one for a power-only move and the other with a car hauler. He had both our truck and trailer already at their destination before a competing company—which I had contacted first—even sent an estimate, which was similar in price.

Freight Run has been a blessing for me. A seller told me I can have a car at a certain price if I am able to come get it before he closed on his house, giving me a 7-day window to find a carrier. Frantic, I tried Uship and got the runaround by dispatchers that did not care about the delivery window. I don't know why they took my money in the first place, it is like they didn't listen at all to my concerns. Freight Run listened intently, and went above and beyond Uship. Frank at Freight Run found a driver in the timeframe, picked up the car AND came in hundreds cheaper than Uship. There's absolutely no comparison. I will never go anywhere else for shipping.

I had a great exprience with Freight Run. The representatives are knowledgeable and provide quick quotes. Other freight compaines did not offer floor loading FTL shipping or did not understand what I asking for. The rates they give are reasonable as well. Throughout my shipment I was called and informed of updates regarding my shipments. The truck that was dispatched showed up on time on Depature and Arrival as well. Their website is easy to use and navigate.
