Terrible service. Drivers dont bother delivering packages if there are stairs involved. they will leave your package out on the sidewalk, and say they knocked when you are home and heard nothing.

Paid $20 for overnight air shipping, & stood home from work for the important package, just for them to not even knock on my door the first delivery attempt (I also have 2 pit bulls who bark at any knock). THEN the next day to get a message saying my address doesn’t exist (AFTER THEY ALREADY CAME BY YESTERDAY) !!!!!!!! Then I call customer service to be told it would be here by 12. Then had to call in again to Watertown @ 4pm and was told it would be prioritized. It is now 5:45 and I had to call again to get hung up on by not 1 but 2 agents.. I cannot even believe this. And the package is so important as it contains vital records I need

Waited all day for package with tracking saying it had been loaded on truck at 5:30 am. Updates kept showing it was out for delivery until about 7:15 pm when it changed to an address error. I verified that the address was correct. Angry because this should not have happened. Poor customer service when trying to get information. This is a food item and with a big snow storm coming tonight and tomorrow I’m sure I won’t be getting my package tomorrow either. Very unsatisfied customer. I’ll follow this review up after tomorrow when I see if I get a phone call as promised and a time for my package delivery.

Worked for me. Missed delivery of a high value package, and scheduled to pick it up at the center that same night. I arrived and got the package no fuss. A bit tough navigating around all the trucks, but it was kinda exciting

Then they proceeded to have us watch a video about safety while working with their equipment. But after the video we were to work with none of the equipment from the video. The whole place is filled with old, decrepit, and broken equipment. OSHA needs to come check this place out!

Will not leave package at door, even after signing the slip they left. I work an unpredictable schedule and can't be home for delivery. And now need to figure out where to pick it up from. Very disappointed and customer service hours are ridiculous.

ZERO Accountability. Zero Stars I ordered a laptop through Amazon from a well known company (Adorama) In July of 2021. According to the tracking, on Amazon, the package was lost. According to the tracking number with UPS, it states that it was delivered. No laptop was delivered to my address as stated by UPS tracking so I reached out to Adorama. They opened an investigation and followed up by backing up the driver claiming that the package was signed for. Well, it was signed for, with the letters CVD. Apparently during the height of the pandemic, UPS had changed their signature policy to allow drivers to sign for packages and leave them unattended for social distancing purposes. Upon further investigation, I found out that UPS had terminated that policy to resume normal operations as of June 2021. (Prior to me ordering this laptop) The first investigation was closed as they stated again, that the package was signed for. That's their "proof". As I still do not have a laptop in hand, I had adorama re-open the investigation. And for the same reason, they closed it again. I called UPS to find out what was going on and to see if there was any additional information that I could offer to help with their investigation. They simply brushed me off and told me to wait. Followed by a 2nd closed investigation. We're now 1.5 months from the original delivery date of August 3rd and I am out $1200+ and still have no laptop. The other day, our regular driver (whom I've never met until that day) came upstairs to deliver time-sensitive medical supplies. On his handheld device were the letters CVD. (Keep in mind, this is AFTER their signature policy had been re-instated) When I questioned why he signed for it, he said it was standard operating procedure during covid. When I asked him where he drops off packages, he stated that he did so on the stairs and or in front of the garage. This would not normally be an issue however, several other packages were delivered by UPS that day. The laptop was the only thing missing. My elderly neighbors downstairs were home, and we were home that day and available to sign. When I questioned the driver of the whereabouts of my laptop he simply stated, "Oh this happens all the time. Tough break man." and scurried away avoiding eye contact. So now we're at investigation #3. Round and round we go. I am livid and really feel sorry for the GOOD employees that come to work every day and do their job and do it well. They don't deserve this review.

I waited for 4 days for my item. It was delivered to the wrong address and now I still don't have the adjustable bed I ordered for my disabled elderly family member. I called twice last night and corrected the small address error on the label and today they still took it to the wrong address. Hire people in the USA to answer the phone, maybe they will care a bit whether the shipments get to the correct place. This is the second time I've had an issue with ups. I am not with this slack service. The other delivery services don't have these issues. I'm disgusted.
