After my Mini entered "limp home" mode I got it to Monro Auto service where they quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty coil pack). It was replaced, but it had caused the driver circuit in the ECU to fail. They replaced and reprogrammed that module. Herman (the service manager) kindly picked me up and drove me to Watertown to collect the Mini. After a long test drive it worked perfectly I'm impressed by the professionalism and attention to customer service.

I cannot say enough about the service I received here. Every call was respectful ending with "whom do I have the pleasure of talking to" after stating Munro of Watertown. Joe and the boys were fantastic! Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. They needed to keep my car an extra day to complete the service. I had no way of getting my car so the manager, Herman, came to my house and drove me to the station to get my car. This service was unbelievable! Thanks to all- even the friendliness of other staff while I was waiting to have my car analyzed.
