Store is a nightmare, if you ever have the pleasure of wasting your time here, make sure you have atleast 30-45 min to stand in line while 4-5 employees aimlessly do nothing. Absolute joke

I didn't get the assistance that I needed , I was told that , yeah we have the part but that's all we can help you with. You'd have to talk to your mechanic !!!We're short staffed . I been going there for years .omg!!

I was lucky that I knew what I was getting and where to find it. I wasn't really impressed with your staff or the price because I could have gotten the same item for around $7. 00 out the door. Instead I paid $ 17.00 and change for what I bought. I really think that you should do a price comparison between your store and Napa. They definitely have better prices on most everything that I might have need to purchase at any point in time. Outside of that most everything was neat and orderly. Staff certainly needs more training as well as the manager. I would come in only if I didn't have the time to get to Napa in Watertown. Sincerely David E.Rhodes

This place is horrible the employees could mess up selling you windshield wiper fluid. Nobody speaks English and the manager doesn't even know how to use the computer! Bad business! Don't go here

There are 2 young girls working the parts section, one can barely speak English. When I asked for help, one laughed while eating a candy bar and pointed. I asked her to please come help me find something, and then she stood there, no help at all. There used to be a guy who would come and explain options and products. So I went to Walmart and got what I needed with better help. From the looks of it, Auto Zone did have the product I needed, the girl just couldn't be bothered to show me, or didn't know any better. For cashier that's fine, but please get competent people to assist with car repairs.

Horrible service, I called twice (once before leaving) to ensure a part was in stock & on hold. The associate on the phone said they had the part and would be held until I got there. I walked up, tell the counter guy what I'm there for, he proceeds to do a lap around a rack in the back then says "we don't have it." Had he stopped to look he may have seen the part. If I could give zero stars I would, take your money elsewhere!

One of the most most disrespectful staff I ever come across in customer service, hanging up the phone on a customer it's unacceptable and disrespectful. I ordered parts and payed for it and was informed that someone will get back in touch with in a few hours, I never heard back from them which screwed up my appointment with the mechanic. I called back the next day and politely asked if my parts arrived and why didn't someone reached out to me yesterday while I was @ the mechanic, they got disrespectful and hang up on me. For that reason I will not shop @ Auto zones, there's plenty of other Auto stores in the area that are more respectful in this area with better customer service.
