Always a good experience here. Ordered online and pickup was hassle free. Every other time I've been here the employees were happy to help. Even last winter when it was freezing out they installed the new battery in my car without a second thought.

When I went, I couldn’t make a purchase because their computers were down. I think it was a statewide issue. Anyhow, the woman working there was very patient and polite despite the computer issue. I’ll def be back, both because I still need to buy what I went there for, and I enjoy good customer service. Best of luck with the computers!

So I’m a truck driver and my personal vehicles battery kept dieng, so I sent my girlfriend down to get it replaced, figuring they “offer” free battery replacement. Long story short, these guys always have been incompetent. They’re not even real men who can replace a battery. Sad isn’t it? Men who can’t replace a battery? Haha
