SEVERELY UNHELPFUL. There has not been a single time that this bank has helped me with what I needed on the first try. I made an appointment to deposit savings bonds the previous day and then was told to leave and come back later because there was only one teller working.... during the time I had made an appointment.

I am a long time Chase customer. I took my oldest son to open a bank account and was told to sit down and wait. After 30 minutes they told me actually we didn’t realize the time and will be closing soon... can you come back tomorrow? Why not tell me this before asking me to sit and wait. I was holding a sleeping child the entire time and am very frustrated to have wasted my time. The branch on federal road is always much friendlier and professional. I will go there to open his account instead.

A few months ago I had a question about bonds I just cashed. I was extremely polite but the teller decided to yell at me because I was confused. She said something to the effect of "i dont know what else I can tell you." The manager took over and was very polite and re-explained and then I understood. It was embarrassing and rude and I will not be returning to this branch. I'm on my last leg with chase in general. Their customer service is extremely spotty and its probably because their CEO does not pay their staff enough. Happy staff make happy customers, obviously.

The private client banker Ricardo was really terrific in assisting with opening my debit/checking acct for college. Best of all, it will be free, there are tons of branches in Manhattan, and I'll get a 50 bonus! I find the staff to be friendly and helpful whenever I am there. My dad has dealt with Ron at this branch, and he is always so nice and goes out of his way to be of assistance. They treat you like you are a friend, not just an anonymous customer.

I have had nothing but bad service in person and online. They have a branch every five feet that's understaffed. The online customer service is arrogant and unwilling to listen. I'm ready to change banks. We've bank for over 20 years with chase. I'm opening a new account so I can start to move away from this big bank Acts like Wells Fargo money money money Good bye

I walked into this bank and no teller was at the desks. I stood there for 7 full minutes before a slow teller came out from the back and started helping me. The so-called relationship bankers who were seated at their desks did not even look at me while I was waiting in line. Utterly ridiculous. I asked to use the restroom and the teller refused. What kind of customer service is this where the bank is quick to take your money but will not even allow you to use their restroom? Utterly disgusted by this bank!

Chris, Warren, and the rest of the crew give this Chase branch a neighborhood bank feel. Quick to point you to the right added value services for individual needs. Mrs. Boudreau rounds out special needs with her financing background.
