Will have to start looking for a bank open on at least Saturday. The only day that most people can go to the bank it is closed. We work crazy hours all week as well. This is our money we are talking about. There is no excuse for them to not open on Saturday anymore until at least 12.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank. This branch has horrible customer service. Brought my very frail 87 year old mother in to change account information. Was told needed to make appointment. Asked if they could please help as it is difficult to get her out and she is very sick. Manager said no, someone called in sick and they are short staffed. Must call or go on line to make appointment. We were the only customers in the building. Thanks for nothing BOA. Going to close account and move on.

One teller and 5 bank employees sitting doing nothing, but watching a line of 5 wait. Wow. Horrible And again here with the same problem. Can’t tell what is more annoying, greeter who does nothing while the line grows. Amazingly poor Managment. 8/30/19 They have decided to staff more tellers which dramatically improves the flow. I am glad they choose to begin to recognize the importance of the tellers. Hopefully this is the beginning of a new trend! 9/21/2020 more tellers have been added even with respecting appropriate COVID precautions. Getting better. Step by step.

Good staff easy to get money have many ways to help you. little slow at time when it come to meeting with a person but to get money from teller you are in and out without having to fill out a form all you need is your card to have it fast and easy

Left TDbank for Bank Of America, and so glad I did! Free checking with qualifying direct deposits, cant beat it! Ewa was amazing, thorough and informative, I highly recommend seeing her! All of the staff is friendly, I will gladly drive 30 mins for this specific branch.

The employees are nice but so are most of them because they have quotas to meet. The company as a whole is terrible and greedy. I used to work for them. It’s never enough money and when employees do well, they make their goal the next year, even higher. Bristol Bank of America is always understaffed and it’s currently a Saturday and the drive through is closed... terrible bank in general. Run by corporate greed like so many others.

Friendly staff and good customer service. I agree with Kim's review about the manager ( who should chill and not ask every customer why they are there in front of other customers. I know when I went in last time she questioned me about if I wanted to do online banking or get the phone app. She did this in front of customers. I felt a bit uncomfortable. Pull people aside and question them. Not in front of all in the bank. Other than that I like doing business here

Friendly staff and clean facility. My only complaint is that the manager stands at the waiting line asking every customer what they are there for. I don't appreciate being required to give away personal banking reasons in front of every other customer in the building. Will find another branch location for that reason.

Closed the drive-in, bank closes too early for people that work and you get accosted by a Manager when you walk into the bank. I’m all for online banking, but they make it almost impossible to do business with them face to face.
