Good store with plenty of options in every department. They even has two stand up arcade game towers with no less than twelve preloaded old-school games. Plus they have a stand up Big Buck Hunter arcade game. Needed to see a Golden Tee machine. It was nice reliving memories of playing arcade games back in the day. Added bonus is those games helped pass the time while the wifey was picking out the refrigerator she wanted!

The worst experience. I would not recommend Conns to anyone. Poor management and the worst delivery company. I’m still waiting on management to call me back. I should post pics but I’ll never purchase anything from this company!!

Just completely canceled our order due to the blatant disrespect of the manager. Delayed shipment and zero communication that we was not going to be receiving our furniture the day it was supposed to be delivered. We got rid of our furniture to make room for what was delivering today. Had I not called, I would still be waiting for the delivery. There was zero intentions of contacting me. So now we are left with no bed and no furniture. We will forever be taking our business elsewhere. I understand things happen and shipments get delayed. I would not have canceled had it just been that. My sole reason for canceling is the utter disrespect from the manager, Josh. Hopefully he was just having an off day

Robert, Sam and David were all great to work with. Very informative, very helpful and made the process of buying a very nice stearns and foster split frame adjustable bed a pleasurable experience!!!

I ordered the Parkers set [ two sofas and one recliner ]; after tax, I spent about $2300. Let me tell you. My experience from beginning to end was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was nice, friendly, attentive, helpful, and patient. I had just spent the day running errands and moving from one house to another so I definitely did not look the most presentable upon arrival or that I would be spending a couple thousand dollars, however, the Conn's staff did not treat me any different. I did not feel rushed or pressured during the sales process, and the pieces I wanted were available for immediate delivery - which is very, very rare because many other local places had at least a 4 - 12 week turnaround! Now let me tell you about the furniture -- I've had the set for a year and it takes the DAILY beating of 4 young children like a quality sofa set should. My set has not faded nor peeled, I wipe up messes and spills with a wet wipe or damp paper towel, the set is nice and solid, and it still looks like the day it was delivered - seriously...I could go on and on. I am so happy and pleased! I can definitely tell this was a wise investment. I honestly couldn't be happier. Conn's is top of the line and gets an A++ from me!!!!

My salesman Morgan was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly,and very helpful. He helped us pick out all new kitchen appliances for a complete remodel and set up delivery in the time frame we needed. It's hard to get anything in a timely manner these days. Conn's had everything we picked out with no shipping issues. Glad we stopped there first , the experience was a lot easier than I was expecting. Thank you Morgan and Conn's.

We purchased a TV and laptop November 2020. This was my third time going thru Conn’s and I can say that I have had the worst experience ever. Customer Service is awful and rude, billing department is rude, and even calling the store they can’t help with any issues because from what I understand they just sell the merchandise. Every time I call for pay off, I get a different amount. We have purchased these items thinking there wouldn’t be any interest added and interest has been added. Then when I asked about negotiating payoff, I was told that I would have to miss more than 3 payments in order to talk to someone. In one day, I spoke to 13 different representatives, last representative stated that a manager would call me and that was over a week ago. I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life. You have to love that a manager won’t call you but best believe u can be a day late on a payment and this company will call and call. I just wanted ti pay my account off and I have never had such a hard time paying a bill. If you go with Conn’s be prepared for poor customer service and no one is on the same page at this company.
