It's a Lowe's. It's a nice Lowe's, but nothing that I would rate special or that different from another Lowe's. I did have great help from a retired veteran in the appliance section. He was great help finding the models or good alternatives to the fridge, washer, and dryer that I was looking for.

So happy with the sales associate in returns this morning!! I’ve had a light fixture for over 5 months (don’t judge) I had to patch a wall and paint. *Then decided on a different fixture. Anyways, store credit and I was on my way. Thank you 😊

Sale associates are nice and helpfulbut thats to be expected. A recent experience with customer serives leaves much to be desired as management at Store #0436 refused to issue a price match refund inspite of having clear evidence from receipts to images of the display adverts of the same item in Home Depot for $40 less than what i paid. Thankfully, Jamie at store #2653 was able to provide a solution.

I went to the Mocksville store first and they scanned my bar code. Somehow the system registered that my product has been picked up. The nice young lady at the Hanes Mall blvd location was able to get my item. I was relieved.

One of the worst lowes in the state. Store is never stocked, always out of everything, always under staffed and full of excuses. Plumbing section is a nightmare. Only positive thang I can say is the two cashier ladies on the pro side. Besides that this store does not assist in any way nor value their PRO contractors. Also, manager girl up there will look you in the eyes and lie to you. Don’t appreciate that. My company makes up a large part of your quota and I’ve finally had it with this store.

Usually don't have any problems, but lately seems staff has been distracted, and when you call Lowe's stores no one ever answers. Twice I have stayed on the line waiting for someone to pickup the phone for more than 5 minutes. This last time was to inform the paint person, he needs to make sure the lid is secure on the can. The paint tipped over on the way home and obviously the lid was not on. Posted a pic. Luckily, my car is old,and paint only spilled on the car mat. I had to power wash the the mat as soon as we got home in order to get the paint out. 🙄 I will applaud the lumber department for helping us load our plywood, we didn't even have to ask, Thanks.

Our old washing machine died and we were desperate to find a new one as we were going out of town in a few days. We luckily found Otis in appliances. Although the store did not have our first choice, Otis went out of his way and took the time to contact several stores searching for the washer that we wanted. When one could not be found, he helped u s find an acceptable alternative. We so appreciated finding courteous help!

This Lowes has the most polite and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s well stocked with sale items, usually. The staff will actually look for things for you without hesitation!

Very helpful employees today, went to Home Depot for what I needed first, but they didn’t have any plastic ponds for landscaping. Lowes did and a very nice girl helped get down a 165 G pond for me to look at. Would have purchased wouldn’t have fit in car. Will order online.

Bought a dishwasher and a stove on March 29, 2022. They called and said that both were in they would only be bringing out the stove because we had to wait for the installers to call us back they said that would take seven days on the 11th day I still hadn’t heard from the installers so I called the store about 10 times and no one answered.Then I called Lowe’s corporate in Mooresville and spoke with someone who got in touch with the store somehow I couldn’t do that but she could and they said that the dishwasher hadn’t come in and then it would be in in two days and then after they get in touch with the installer and verify and arrange that then they would call me within seven days so now I’m probably looking at a month and a half out before I get my dishwasher. No one seems to care that this happened to me this is just how it is Lowe’s has the worst customer service in the world I’m going to yelp Google and the Better Business Bureau so that everyone will know
