5 Best furniture store in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Sale associates are nice and helpfulbut thats to be expected. A recent experience with customer serives leaves much to be desired as management at Store #0436 refused to issue a price match refund inspite of having clear evidence from receipts to images of the display adverts of the same item in Home Depot for $40 less than what i paid. Thankfully, Jamie at store #2653 was able to provide a solution. ~Raynell

From the banana peppers in the garden to some of my household plants, Lowe's has been part of freshening up my Summer. I bought new appliances, light fixtures, and my toolbox is 1,000% Lowe's / Craftsman. Highly recommended, every single department of the store. ~Michael

I ordered the Parkers set [ two sofas and one recliner ]; after tax, I spent about $2300. Let me tell you. My experience from beginning to end was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was nice, friendly, attentive, helpful, and patient. I had just spent the day running errands and moving from one house to another so I definitely did not look the most presentable upon arrival or that I would be spending a couple thousand dollars, however, the Conn's staff did not treat me any different. I did not feel rushed or pressured during the sales process, and the pieces I wanted were available for immediate delivery - which is very, very rare because many other local places had at least a 4 - 12 week turnaround! Now let me tell you about the furniture -- I've had the set for a year and it takes the DAILY beating of 4 young children like a quality sofa set should. My set has not faded nor peeled, I wipe up messes and spills with a wet wipe or damp paper towel, the set is nice and solid, and it still looks like the day it was delivered - seriously...I could go on and on. I am so happy and pleased! I can definitely tell this was a wise investment. I honestly couldn't be happier. Conn's is top of the line and gets an A++ from me!!!! ~S

Fantastic discount store if you need home goods, decor, grocery items, garden, toys, pharmacy items, and a large 🛋️furniture section. Really great prices and friendly/helpful staff to help you get what you need. The store has wide ♿ handicap accessible aisles, accessible parking, and 🚻 restrooms. ~Jordan

Clean store and their clearance items are in the back near the garden stuff. I was very surprised how empty the milk and egg isles were but they still had the items. Overall everyone who works there is friendly. The self check out lanes are faster if you don’t mind doing your own check outs. ~Felipa
