Best electronics store in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I was looking to upgrade my phone and needed a new Apple Watch. I was helped by Chris Winfrey at this location and OMG. Best Verizon experience. He walked me through every step and explained the why, while checking in with me about my budget. I was thrilled to be upgraded and have a fab experience. He was so professional and kind and the most helpful phone rep I’ve EVER dealt with. I didn’t feel pressured and was also educated on my new devices. I had a tech issue and he didn’t make me feel bad about it taking a little extra time to transfer my data, and he made sure I didn’t lose any of my important info in the process. 10/10 will be going back to Chris at this location. ~Bri

I saw a bunch of roaches everywhere in here. I tried to tell management about it and they were rude as hell, made me feel very uncomfortable spending any money there. The workers were nice but something needs to be done about management ASAP. ~Tristan

I ordered the Parkers set [ two sofas and one recliner ]; after tax, I spent about $2300. Let me tell you. My experience from beginning to end was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was nice, friendly, attentive, helpful, and patient. I had just spent the day running errands and moving from one house to another so I definitely did not look the most presentable upon arrival or that I would be spending a couple thousand dollars, however, the Conn's staff did not treat me any different. I did not feel rushed or pressured during the sales process, and the pieces I wanted were available for immediate delivery - which is very, very rare because many other local places had at least a 4 - 12 week turnaround! Now let me tell you about the furniture -- I've had the set for a year and it takes the DAILY beating of 4 young children like a quality sofa set should. My set has not faded nor peeled, I wipe up messes and spills with a wet wipe or damp paper towel, the set is nice and solid, and it still looks like the day it was delivered - seriously...I could go on and on. I am so happy and pleased! I can definitely tell this was a wise investment. I honestly couldn't be happier. Conn's is top of the line and gets an A++ from me!!!! ~S

Clean store and their clearance items are in the back near the garden stuff. I was very surprised how empty the milk and egg isles were but they still had the items. Overall everyone who works there is friendly. The self check out lanes are faster if you don’t mind doing your own check outs. ~Felipa
