I went to this FYE of all time during a weekend trip with my friend Big Ed and a few others in North Carolina. Big Ed tried to overcome his spending addiction and I was looking for a Pop Figure that wasn't there. Quite sad.

Saw roaches in one of the stores and I've tried telling staff but no one has yet to do anything.

I saw a bunch of roaches everywhere in here. I tried to tell management about it and they were rude as hell, made me feel very uncomfortable spending any money there. The workers were nice but something needs to be done about management ASAP.

This place has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I wasn't even acknowledged at the counter and the older man in the store made me so uncomfortable I ended up calling a friend on the way out to cry to her. I won't be going back.

The store is clean and well lit. Items are organized well. Lots of selection with many items you don't find in other types of stores. The store employees may have all been trained by an angry used car salesman. They are always gruff and pushing hard for you to buy a membership to the point of challenging you when you politely decline. That makes the end of an otherwise great experience pretty ungreat.

Really cool selection of merchandise but it really sucks that the employees never greet me any time I come in. No acknowledgment whatsoever.

Overworked garbage store no music much more toys and clothes and junk endless merchandise that has nothing to do with music cd. Bluray DVDs few sections highest prices ever terrible don't go find buy there go I line asap cheaper online 2 million titles cheaper online how they stay in business is beyond luck beats me.

They have some cool stuff here, but some cases their website is cheaper and they do not honor website pricing. How weird is that? The new floor layout is nice (visited early June 21) but is feels a lot emptier.

Very courteous and helpful staff. When they have a sale they REALLY HAVE A SALE! $346.90 is what I would have paid for the 17 early Christmas gifts I picked out. 50% off already discounted prices brought my total to: $39.71!! No kidding! I bought brands like Funko Pop, Pokemon, Pusheen, etc... Great store!
