I’ve never left a bad review before. But I it seems like the employees at this location are paid to be more difficult to customers. They’re unpleasant, rude, and downright difficult 90% of the time. Go to a different location.

Lady at desk apparently does NOT care about Mothers getting their packages for Mother's Day and was rude and unhelpful as I left in tears. Thank you for wasting my day, time, energy. Can we cancel the Post Office already?! Is there a hashtag for that? Can we picket? There customer service is that of a wet sock puppet.

One of their mailmen attempted to pepper spray my 3 month old puppy in my own yard. If you have a problem with people’s pets, delivering mail in residential neighborhoods is not the job for you.

I went in to this post office yesterday to mail a document to my granddaughter in Mexico. It was extremely important that this letter get to her in one piece and quickly because it is the document she needs to come back to the US. The envelope wouldn’t seal well so I asked the postal lady at the counter for some tape. She gave me a piece of tape, so I put it on one side of the flap but needed another to seal the other side. She told me that they were only allowed to give one piece of tape and that was all. I told her I couldn’t mail it with the flap half open but she was adamant. I said I would have to go to another facility then and she said “that’s fine” so I said I would make a complaint about her and she said “ that’s fine”. I felt like she was enjoying telling me “no” and didn’t care one bit that I would have to get back in my car and drive to another facility all for a 3 inch piece of tape. This is inexcusable and uncalled for. I was respectful to her and wasn’t expecting this woman to try to mess with my time and day like she did. I will make a formal complaint about this to the Post Office

For a company that aims to call themselves “reliable” and “secure”, these people deliver items by throwing them so hard on your front porch you’d think someone was trying to throw a brick through the window. And that’s just the icing on the cake when they say “delivery attempted” which is a lie, considering it was never attempted that day prior to it being thrown on my doorstep. They just simply decided at the end of the day that important mail documents could wait until the next day because the driver didn’t “feel like it”.

We've called in the past about not getting our mail and getting other neighbor's mail, sometimes mail for people two and three blocks over. You call and if you get to talk to someone they are rude and don't care about your problem your having with the carrier not paying attention because always on the cell phone or listing to music. To our neighbor's that gets our mail and is kind enough to bring it to us, Thank You for bringing us our Christmas Cards we would not have gotten if it hadn't been for our neighbor's. We get magazine's and we're lucky if we get half of them and sometimes they have to re-mail two times and then we might get them. Our bill's and personal mail like banking info. Medical info. Someone else knows that business too, so our private life isn't private because of this. Today Dec.28-2018 was a different carrier and she was very nice and helpful, I asked her about the Harbor Freight member magazine I get ever month, she said that would have come to you on Monday and no later than Wednesday, this is Friday 4:30p.m. I'll have to get in contact with Harbor Freight again as I do half the time and maybe if I set out front and see the mail carrier with it, I'll get this one maybe!!!! You pay for these magazine's or membership to something that comes in the mail you would like to get it all the time. We've lived in the same neighborhood for many year's now, our mail carrier for a lot of them year's was Berry and he was a super good guy and always had a kind word to say. "BERRY WE MISS YOU AND OUR OLD NEIGHBOR'S THAT KNOWS YOU SAYS THE SAME ABOUT YOU!!!!

If you just want to drop off a letter then this is the post office for you! If you need ANY kind of assistance or have any questions whatsoever do not even try! I was shocked at the level of laziness from the two employees at the counter. Asking for any kind of help or getting a question answered was about the equivalent of pulling teeth. Their actions and attitude made it very clear they did not want to help or put forth any effort whatsoever. When I came in there was only 1 employee at the counter and apparently according to the employee if they have their "next window" sign up you aren't even supposed to talk to them. I asked for help in the best way to package and mail something and the best I could get was a finger point and annoyed "huffs". If you want an actual courteous staff who will help you and answer your questions please go to the USPS in Clemmons. I usually try to go there but went to the Town Run Lane for convenience. NEVER AGAIN!

Yeah I am extremely mad now. This is the third time where I have been expecting a package that randomly fails to deliver due to an "Invalid Address", yet I always seem to receive all my other mail just fine. I've even had monthly subscription deliveries that have succeeded in reaching me one month, then randomly get flagged as an "Invalid Address" another month...How does that work exactly? An incompetent postal worker that can't seem to figure out my apartment complex's mail boxes? Oh here's a thought; maybe if you can't figure out the mail box thing, leave the package at the apartment managers office!! I call the postal office and they just cut me off, tell me to call customer service, and hang up. Now I'm on hold for like an hour or more apparently, so that's great. Too bad complaining about bad service and giving bad reviews effects them in no way, due to being government workers.
