First rate experience purchasing necklace and Seiko GMT in person from Kim; after visiting Winston Salem location, I later inquired, discussed, and bought a Tudor from Garrett over the phone. I received excellent professional service; prompt communication with Garrett via text and phone for this purchase. The Tudor (70 hours power reserve) arrived well packed with its box and paperwork and it was surprisingly running with the correct date and time. Well done Windsor Jeweler’s team!

I suspect Kevin is the most knowledgeable watch guy in Winston-Salem. I've been growing my watch collection over the last year with Windsor. Most recently I picked up a gorgeous red Seiko Presage and a Seiko 5 GMT. Both are beautiful and will likely have a place in my collection for a long time. Kevin's knowledge of the product and customer service are both outstanding. It was an excellent experience.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jen Hoffman at Windsor Jewelers. I had requested to see a specific ring in her inventory. Not only was she prepared, she also had a selection of similar themed rings that matched what I was interested in. No pressure, full explanations, very comfortable purchase experience. My girlfriend and I went to Windsor Jewelers to try on rings. We were both clueless. We were greeted as we walked in and given time to look around. After making a lap we were approached and asked if we needed assistance. We were soon introduced to Jen. Wow, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She was patient with our questions and knowledgeable. She explained details with pros and cons to many styles and ratings. She identified the best fit for what we wanted and our budget. I actually tried to explore other options but everything felt less-than. I bought the ring from Jen and have zero regrets.

Garrett Kassel at Windsor Jewelers helped me make a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. He is so knowledgeable and attentive. In my three months of working with him he never took more than 10 minutes to respond to any concern. He took the time to understand our style and was very patient and insightful with design changes. When the custom casting came in and looked too weak to hold the diamond, Garrett caught the mistake and had it remade, at no extra cost, to his own exacting standards. I could relax knowing he cared just as much about the ring as I did. Garrett made buying an engagement ring so EASY. I will be back for more.

I took my engagement ring to Windsor Jewelers to have it looked at. After wearing for 33 years the prongs and setting needed to be repaired as well as the settings for the small diamonds on the band… Sarah met me and examined the ring right away… was beautiful and kind in her manner and courteous… I told her that my approaching anniversary was a week away and that I hated to be without my ring… she not only gave me a quick examination of my ring, took it to the master jeweler and got back to me the next day with an estimate for the repairs which was a very reasonable cost. My ring was repaired and refurbished in time for my anniversary… my husband picked it up and brought it back to me! I would definitely recommend this jeweler and Sarah as an associate! Thanks to her my beautiful ring is back on my finger…. and my marriage is still strong!

Wow! Amazing service and custom jewelry. Jen was a joy to work with in customizing my earrings. Super knowledgeable and had great suggestions. She gave me regular updates on the design and shipping. My earrings arrived quickly and look even better than I imagined. Great selection of quality diamonds and friendly folks :) Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Windsor. They’re customer service is the best in the area. Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. I had been to 4 other stores before coming to Windsor and none of them could compare to the service we got here. Sarah explained everything and was very informative. She made sure to find the best thing possible for what I was looking for and fit my price range. Cannot recommend Windsor and Sarah enough.

We visited Windsor Jewelers on a Saturday afternoon to look for watches. Everyone in the store was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We did buy a watch from them and they cleaned my rings for me while we waited for them to size my watch. They even changed the battery in my husbands watch while we waited. Was also able to send his other watch off for routine maintenance. Will definitely go back for any other purchases we may do.
