This is always favorite pawn shop. The people are always amazingly helpful never haven't attitude in the manager is the bomb I will always only go to this pawn shop every time. He will also work with you and get you a really good deal on things if you're not a douche lol go here every time!

New to the Burlington area, I had a very pleasant and very pain-free experience here. I came from another pawnshop near my house (which was an absolute nightmare) They tried to give me maybe 1% of what the value of my items were. I walked in to national pawn with a set price and told Jack that this is what I want for what I had and without haggling excepted my offer and I walked out a satisfied customer highly recommend.

I was amazed at the wonderful customer service! I took in a ring as well as a few things from home that we no longer used. Amy helped me and was very professional and knowledgeable but also made it fun. She gave me better prices than other pawn shops had and showed me how they tested all the items they take in. She and Jack even brought a cart out to my car and helped me get all my items unloaded. And inside, I was pleasantly surprised by all the items they had for sale, how clean it was, their great layaway plan and their rewards program! Just for signing up for rewards on your phone, you get a discount on your first purchase! And the layaway plan is better than any retail stores around! 5% down, 5% a month and no fees! So I came to sell and got the money I needed, but also found where I am doing my Christmas shopping for everyone on my list! I wish I had known about them sooner! Absolutely fantastic! Thanks Amy and Jack! You are the best!
