I went in to this post office yesterday to mail a document to my granddaughter in Mexico. It was extremely important that this letter get to her in one piece and quickly because it is the document she needs to come back to the US. The envelope wouldn’t seal well so I asked the postal lady at the counter for some tape. She gave me a piece of tape, so I put it on one side of the flap but needed another to seal the other side. She told me that they were only allowed to give one piece of tape and that was all. I told her I couldn’t mail it with the flap half open but she was adamant. I said I would have to go to another facility then and she said “that’s fine” so I said I would make a complaint about her and she said “ that’s fine”. I felt like she was enjoying telling me “no” and didn’t care one bit that I would have to get back in my car and drive to another facility all for a 3 inch piece of tape. This is inexcusable and uncalled for. I was respectful to her and wasn’t expecting this woman to try to mess with my time and day like she did. I will make a formal complaint about this to the Post Office ~debbie

This UPS location charges more for shipping than anywhere else in town AND will charge you 5$ to print an Amazon return label. UPS stores are all privately owned and this owner must be a greedy and horrible person for charging nearly 5$ for the use of an email service that is completely free to use. I bet their employees do not get paid nearly enough to deal with that greed. I don’t ever want to be upset at the person at the counter, they should not have to enforce a rule that is blatantly robbing the customer. The price to send an email should not cost more than a whole pad of paper. THE OWNER is a disgrace to every UPS location I have ever been to, and I USED to used this company a lot. ~Katt

I went there around 2pm on a Thursday for notary services. The employees were friendly and there wasn’t any line (there were only two other customers there and three employees). The notary services went up to $10 and there is a $5 fee for an additional witness (if the document requires that). I feel the cost is fair (but it somewhat makes me wish I were certified and could make $10 in 5 minutes or less). I can’t speak to the packing and shipping services because I didn’t use them. ~Daniel
