This UPS location charges more for shipping than anywhere else in town AND will charge you 5$ to print an Amazon return label. UPS stores are all privately owned and this owner must be a greedy and horrible person for charging nearly 5$ for the use of an email service that is completely free to use. I bet their employees do not get paid nearly enough to deal with that greed. I don’t ever want to be upset at the person at the counter, they should not have to enforce a rule that is blatantly robbing the customer. The price to send an email should not cost more than a whole pad of paper. THE OWNER is a disgrace to every UPS location I have ever been to, and I USED to used this company a lot.

I had a great experience at this location with Sales Associate, "V". Despite being the only person on staff and multitasking with multiple customers, he was both accurate, efficient, and above all, kind. He was doing the work of at least two employees, and deserves recognition.

I had a large box to return to Amazon. I was going to tape the box at UPS since it didn't fit in my car taped up. The young man at UPS helped us bring in our items, taped up the box and loaded it with our other items. Above and beyond in my book. If I need office services, this is where I will go.

We have used this location to ship countless packages. Staff is always great, courteous and speedy service. The reason for 2 stars is not a reflection of the customer facing staff, they're great. Perhaps this is a result of UPS or the franchise owner of this store... $10 per notarized signature is outrageous!

I had to go into the store recently to get something faxed to social services. The gentlemen at the counter, V, was more than happy to help. He was very polite, courteous and professional. The first two times the fax failed but he diligently worked and it finally went through. He was still able to navigate helping other customers while re-trying my fax until it went through.

This location is perfect if you have some simple 🖨️📄 printing, copying, mailing, and shipping to do. If you have a 🎁 gift or box to shop they can always receive pre printed 🏷️ labeled packages or can help you find the best rates to create a label and box it there. The staff are friendly and nice but customer service can be hit or miss. They do have a ♿ handicap accessible entrance and parking.
