Always pleased with the quick, polite customer service at this store. Amber is always behind the counter with a smile and is extremely quick when assisting customers. Amber also shows great leadership skills when training new employees.

Amber was amazing!!! We came in needing copies of an obituary for a funeral. After being given the run around from the other store, Amber first greeted up with condolences and then ran our copies quick and efficient. She was amazing and helped to ease the process. So thankful that chivalry still exists.

I went there around 2pm on a Thursday for notary services. The employees were friendly and there wasn’t any line (there were only two other customers there and three employees). The notary services went up to $10 and there is a $5 fee for an additional witness (if the document requires that). I feel the cost is fair (but it somewhat makes me wish I were certified and could make $10 in 5 minutes or less). I can’t speak to the packing and shipping services because I didn’t use them.

When I walked into the store everything seemed good, normal. I was on the phone therefore not listening to surrounding conversations. Then, I hear a lady yelling. I thought it was a customer so I tried not to look. Then I look after I hear them yell “well I don’t speak Spanish”. That caught my attention and it was the WORKER who was yelling. She kept yelling and I could tell from reading the room everyone felt uncomfortable and didn’t know what to do or say. I even went up to them to make sure she was okay. I was speechless. She continued to be rude and even the person who was on the phone with me could hear the yelling and thought someone was getting cussed out. You see these things happen on the internet and aren’t ready for when you encounter it in person. Honestly, as someone who is Hispanic, this was really offensive. Not sure if this is something that will be taken care of or thought of, since I’ve seen negative reviews about the same person, Amber. I rather say something and put it in someone else’s hands to see what they do rather than not do anything. My one star is for the gentleman that helped me.

Let me start by stating this is more of a half and half situation. I made the mistake of not checking the memorial day hours, but the lady SEEMED nice enough to help me 5 minutes after they had closed (left the door unlocked so I walked in). I had an amazon return to make and stated that and she said "I'm staying open late for you so I EXPECT a google review." Not a huge deal, I'm not one to typically make google reviews so this was new to me. I stated I would, however her attitude is what lead me to review in a negative fashion. I have previously brought unlabeled/unpackaged amazon returns there with the QR code for the employees to scan, free of charge return. I walked in with my item IN the box it had arrived in earlier today and the lady stated that I needed to purchase a new box or plastic wrap for $6. Not a big deal I guess, but more of the way she said it. Her attitude lead me to disregard even making the return and just walking out. I've used this UPS store for years and amazon returns have never been this difficult, sure I'm likely in the wrong for not checking the hours, but the amount of disrespect makes 0 sense. If you don't want to help or are going to be disrespectful when you do, say you're closed and move on.

I went in at 6:20 PM to pick up a package, and after waiting a few minutes for a customer in front of me, they were unable to find my tracking and package info in their system. Two employees looked all over the store for it, which I appreciate, and it was eventually found. I asked if they make phone calls to customers when these kinds of deliveries arrive, as I had previously been assured that they do. Today one employee said they don’t make calls for this kind of delivery. Another employee told me they do. She also said she’s the one who called me for this delivery, however I have no missed calls or voicemails, and their number is not blocked. This is the third time I haven’t received any calls or voicemails about packages despite being assured I would be and had been called. However, the real cherry on the top was when I was being helped by one employee, the older white male employee interrupted her to say, “did you call Brianna?” She then stopped talking to me to talk to “Brianna” on the phone. The employee who interrupted her didn’t even bother to pick up where she had left off. Once she came to finish helping me, she did waive the pick up fee, which I appreciated given what a headache this experience was. It was nearly 6:45 PM when I left. A visit that should have taken less than fives minutes ended up taking 20+ minutes.
