Went after work last night cause my phone wasn’t working after going to 2 other stores. Walked in and Zac was so awesome in helping us figure out what the problem was. I am so happy that Zac was able to get us fixed up and rolling again. Awesome store awesome staff that actually knows what the heck they are doing.

The young lady helping me was very nice but I ouldn't even hear myself think in here. Came in with a serious problem when left with no solution... I was told I needed to call tech support which seems like something they could have helped me do... I don't know very disappointed in Verizon...

Erica was very helpful as I needed a new phone. She took her time & explained different types of Motorola phones, based on a recommendation from my Sister who has one. Mine was so old, the battery for it wasn't made anymore. She looked up an Edge which was just what I was looking for. She transferred all my contacts, explained different plans they offered. I was never pressured by her for the most expensive one. I took notes & asked many, many questions which she answered or explained so I could understand. I got all the accessories I needed, including a 6' charger cord since my home is over 126 years old and outlets are 2 to a room, unlike newer homes today. All staff were very friendly and engaging me in conversation as I was waiting. Very interesting people who work there! They do Customer Service very well! I have Autopay which saves me $10/month, and was very satisfied with the majority of the experience. The major complain I had is with the chairs in this store; the front edges are sharply shaped like an h with no curved edge along them. They were sturdy, but extremely uncomfortable to sit on; I had to keep getting up because they were cutting off my circulation! I walk with a cane, and being there for 3 hours was extremely uncomfortable!! A couple of other chairs with curved front edges for other handicapped persons are really needed! I was aching & had to walk around a little before going out to the car with my purchases. Thank you for reading! You won't be disappointed if you use this store for your phone, iPad, etc. Check them out!

We went in to ask some questions. After a short wait all of our questions were answered and then some. The gentleman that helped us was Zak. He was very nice and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will be back to upgrade our phones soon.

Didn't go here. Wouldn't go here. Paid over twice monthly for less gigs and worse service. If your contract is up and you don't renew it, after a year or 2,your phone seems to have been slowed down. If you go in, they say you need a new phone and a contract. Best thing I did was cancel and shut my phone off. They still sent a bill every month for what seemed like a year or more.

Stopped by the Dixon Verizon Store for an upgrade on some equipment. Mike, the store manager, was very attentive to listening to what our company was wanting to upgrade, Mike knew exactly what the solution was to meet our needs. He also suggested some money saving ideas to further our communications budget. 5 Star Service!
