I arrived to get oil change on my work vehicle they claimed the oil plug was stripped so u had to drive 2 HOURS to get back to the normal illinois jiffy lube only ytofind it in fact NOT STRIPPED !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIXON THEY LIED AND WERE JUST LAZY!!! Service: Oil change

I had the worst experience here at Jiffy Lube. After I got my oil changed and my tires rotated, I had two gentlemen tell me my brakes were “metal on metal” for the front brakes and my back brakes were mediocre. They instructed me that I needed to have them changed at Jiffy Lube. This turned out to be a lie as my car is brand new and only had 13,000 miles on it. I took my car to my local dealership and they told me my brakes were in great shape. I was an attempt by these employees to scam me out of money to change good brakes off of my car. I will never come to this location again and I would recommend to everyone not to go here due to these employees that may try and do the same to you.

Last visit was very disappointing. Was told my wait would be 15 minutes. One hour later I was driving away with no apology or explanation as to why. I get things happen but the most disturbing thing was when the manager came in to go over my vehicle and told me my back brakes would be metal on metal any day now and they could replace them for $250. I however knew full well I just replaced the back brake pads...they were brand new. Beware of this place trying to upsell you on things you don't need. It's very unfortunate...I will never take another vehicle there again Service: Oil change

This place was great. Super clean. Excellent waiting area. TV's, wifi, coffee. Super attentive staff. Not a better oil change shop in Rockford.. I can not imagine a more enjoyable experience while getting your car worked on. The waiting room was excellent. The coffee was hot and fresh. Wifi password was posted everywhere. It was very fast with three bays. Super clean. Not the old mechanic shop with guys wearing onesies and grease under their fingernails. Top notch. Makes me happy I don't have to change my oil myself any more. Enjoy! .

i've been to a lot of oil places that change your oil but jiffy lube is seriously the best i have ever been to they actually do what they're supposed to do when you order a full service and if you order a full service you get 2 refills of oil and fluids if you run out before your next oil change it is the best place for price wise you get your money's worth plus more

Zero stars...Took my truck in for service. One day later my truck lost all its oil due to a lose oil filter and ruined my diesel engine! Company refuses to pay for their fault. So far costing me over 8k in Repairs !! Very unprofessional business!!!! Everyone hides behind someone blaming the outcome of your situation on the next hire up that you cant speak with. This is a own risk type of business they stand behind nothing at their fault!!! Service: Oil change

Good place for oil change. $$$ pricy. I just wish that the workers were quicker. All 3 bays were open but only 2 cars. At least 6 or 7 guys were working there... 🤔 The waiting room was very hot. The coffee maker didn't work. Had to go sit on the picnic table to cool off. Manager didn't seem to care.

I was so pleased with my oil change, but two days later my left rear tire is squeaking. I go back to Jiffy Lube madder than a hornet. (I thought they messed with my car). Manny explained HOW brakes wear out and it was a coincidence. When they were done, they came and showed me my brakes. Holy smokes! I guess it was a lucky coincidence for me. They even gave me a "brake" on my bill. Thanks for a great experience. Dixon has it going on, thanks to Manny and the guys. Services: Brakes, Oil change

They are no longer doin value oil changes.The workers are told to do everything for a signature service whether you ask for it or not. If you buy a cabin air filter make sure you have the correct one installed. The workers are told to just put something close in if they don't have the correct one. Just be careful what you purchase and check your bill at the end and ask quiestions!!!
