Absolutely great trip got exactly what I needed without having to go to several stores to find what was on my list. The store was cleaned and very well stocked. The employees were all kind and polite like usual. If I could I would only shop Walgreens!!!!

Whenever I go to the drive through for pharmacy it’s an average wait time of 15 minutes. Today went, pulled up to the 2nd lane at 5:55pm. Waited til 5:58pm for anyone to even acknowledge me saying, “we will be with you in just a minute”. Wait til 5:59pm, “Sorry we can’t help you we close at 6pm, can you come back tomorrow?”. Uhhh yeah i mean what other option do I have!? So bc you guys process peoples med pickups slower than if a sloth did it, now it’s too late to help me? I understand I showed up close to when they close, but it’s the way in which it was handled and the repeated annoyance from waiting in this pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes every time.

Horrible, had a 3p.m COVID appointment and sat for about an hour waiting when it was dead when I got here, if you need a COVID shot make sure you have at least 2 hours to spare.

Very slow. Customer service is horrible. Had to call 3 times to just transfer a prescription.

Super rude and they lost my prescription for 2 days. When I called about the "under review" status, they told me I didn't have any scripts pending. After being transfer to 3 different people, the tech said she "found" my physical script and would start working on it. I looked at the app again, and it said my script had been canceled. I called in to ask what had happened and stated that I was worried about the script, whoever answered the phone cut me off and put me on hold, and then came back and said "its expired and wouldn't be able to fill it for 2 more days anyway"... (I was unaware that they go by the pick up/purchase date and not the actual fill date) super calloused and rude... this medication is the whole reason I'm able to function normally and keep a job, and they made me feel dumb and like i was wasting their time... will be going back to my old Walgreens in Rochelle...

Slow, rude and slow. Did I mention, they're rude. The automated phone system is a joke. That's the pharmacy side. The other side of the store is not as rude, expensive and slow. Walgreens used to be nice place to go years ago. Place was hopping when they had the liquor department. People constantly in and out especially weekends. It's almost like they don't want your business. Maybe it's just this area. I hope so.

So far a 43 minute wait on the phone to talk to the pharmacist about medicine prescribed. Still waiting. Never got answered.
