I setup an appointment for Monday 6 PM to change tires. Got confirmation via e-mail. When I came to the store, the store was closed and nobody answered the phone. Why to have an online appointment setup just to ignore the customer and not even call back if appointment cannot be met Service: Tires

Damage my brand new powder coated wheels just by installing new tires on them on 09/20/2022. I’ve been a customer for a long time and never had problems before but not this time. I’ve told them at drop off to be careful not to sketch them and they ignored my message!!!! Be aware going to this location!! Amateur work will not go back!!

Replaced the starter. I was quoted a price before I had towed to shop. So I do understand what I was paying. I looked up the price retail for the Duralast starter and was charged 100.00 over retail. And talk to my local shop and was told its a easy install. So the 200.00 for labor is about 100.00 over. I was stuck using them because of tow would be to far and costly to my local shop and it was over the weekend. So I paid for the convince , but still bothers me that Ii was grouched. I probably wouldn't even wrote this review but the final straw was I went to pick it up in the pouring rain and they didn't pull the truck up for me. I had to go find it in the back of building and ti was trapped by a foot deep water puddle. Walked through pudding and rain soaked feet and feeling ripped off. Not again.

I phoned a few locations in Chicago and the Chicagoland area and found the Firestone on Arlington Heights Road in Buffalo Grove IL proved the best customer service. When I called, the manager was very helpful and actually addressed me before putting me on hold. He was very flexible with my schedule... I drive for Lyft and fit me in.

I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because another time I went to them for help they were reasonably helpful. Not today. I have a leaking tire, and have to leave town - today- for a funeral out of state. I asked about tire repair- yes, they can. But I had to pry every bit of information out of him. If they could repair tires, when might they be able to, how much would it cost, what were my options if it wasn’t repairable, etc. He had no sense of customer service at all. Yes and no answers at best. No sense of trying to help. At all. Never again.

Real impressed. I have worked on cars for over 40 years and I was absolutely impressed on how fast they turned my daughters car around. She took it in early Saturday afternoon and they were finished in a few hours. I assumed it would be a few days to repair and she would have had to ride her bike 5 miles to work without the car. Many thanks to Peter the Service Manager and the mechanic who fixed her car.

Our go to place for all the car repair and inspection work. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Always great service and budget friendly pricing. They have key drop facility , in case you have to drop your car after hours.
