There is no where to try on shoes except in the main isle, no floor help any more and though there was a long line and two cashiers, one cashier spent entire time fulfilling online orders. Will go to the outlet store for same kind of service and better prices next time.

The employees were not very helpful. The cash register area was cluttered with boxes and it was hard to get to the area to pay. There were boxes on the floor and on the counter. They had us squeeze and step over boxes to get through to pay. We also had a gift card that was unused and had no expiration date and it was declined. They didn't help us with that either. We ended up paying full price and leaving.

Awful customer service. I found an amazing pair of sandals I fell in love with and they had a clearance sticker on them. When I went to pay for them they rang up at full price so I told them it had the sticker. They laughed at me saying no way those were on sale and I’d have to pay full price if I wanted them. I get that mistakes happen and they weren’t supposed to be on sale, but they didn’t have to be so rude and belittling about the situation.
