I had an unusual experience at the Kuna store yesterday. Called ahead to see if Teff Grass Hay was available and was told there were 86 bales. Traveled an hour, paid for the hay. When we went to have it loaded, no one knew which was Teff, if any. The first person was new and didn't know so he called for help. 4 staff people later, no one knew which was Teff. I have never fed Teff before but needed it for my horse that's laid up so I wasn't sure which it was I was depending on the D & B staff. I was advised to get a refund and try the Nampa store (by another customer who had just left that store and knew they had it.) Drove to the Nampa store and purchased it there. This was a very disappointing experience, especially after the great service, knowledge and attitude experienced at my regular store on Overland in Boise. A seeming simple errand took much too much time and fuel. I hope this was a fluke.

Full disclosure I've worked for D&B in the IT department for 9 years... But google keeps asking me to review it. Each store in the D&B family has its own personality. Kuna is especially unique to me, it was the first store built from the ground up since I started with the company. The 3 previous stores were built in existing locations including a remodeled Hastings store. The staff in Kuna offer the best service.
