They were helpful and knowledgeable for sure. Their prices weren't bad either. In fact very reasonable. Biggest problem I had was the barrel I bought didn't have the spacers it was supposed to, (gas tube was out of time). Called and they told me sorry, can't help you. Call Aero. If you spend $2k, and a $5 part is missing, make it right.

I just moved to Idaho from Louisiana a year ago and I did three transfers here and the employees are very cordial. They charge $20 for a transfer which is a fair price. I highly recommend this gun store.

Bought some Trijicon night sights for my Walther PPS that clearly did not fit (disappointed with Trijicon over their product, but that's another story). Dan first recommended and installed some Glock night sights we thought might get the gun on target. When this didn't work he refunded my money for the Glock sights and arranged to have the front Trijicon sight machined so that it fit properly (at no charge). The gun now shoots right on target. Dan and his team will definitely go the extra mile to come up with solutions to any work you need done on your firearms!

Great shop! Nice selection of gear, no price gouging either. They did some custom engraving for me and it was done earlier than expected, better than expected, and under budget. What more could you want?

Been doing business with Dan at Hawktech for years has always been well informed, and He's never lead us in the wrong direction for our application. I highly recommend them when interested in purchasing a firearm or accessories. Better prices than most dealers out there, and not interested in selling the highest priced products if it doesn't make sense. Huge thanks to Dan and everyone who works there.

I've been going to these guys for a couple of years now and thought it was time to give them a review. They talk guns, not politics. They are friendly and professional whether you are buying a $3,000 carbine or a $20 sight install. I had an issue with a slide not locking back and failed with various professional sources to figure out what the problem was, they solved it for me in about 10 minutes. I am a fan of the shop and the people. If you are new to guns they will get you up to speed. If you are an experienced shooter, they are just fun to chat too.

Originally called around to a few shops in the area looking for someone to transfer and ship an M16 for me to a friend in Oregon. Initially called over to Idaho Arms and Ammo, but they were quite rude and informed me that they only ship to “gun friendly” states and wouldn’t ship it to South Oregon for me. So I then reached out to the folks over at HawkTech, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem at all and provided me with all the info I needed before heading down. Upon showing up I was greeted by a gentleman (whose name I can’t recall) who was more than helpful transferring ownership and setting it up to be shipped. While in there I decided to browse their inventory a bit and was looking at a potential purse gun for the wife. The same gentleman walked me through all the options and provided me with just about all the information one would ever want when considering such a purchase. As we finished up the transfer and shipping of my gun I decided to take his advice with regards to a new gun for the wife (Springfield Armory Hellcat 9mm) and both the wife and I are stoked with the purchase. He showed me the ins and outs of the handgun in a way that I could easily relay the information over to my wife as I presented her with her great equalizer. She loves her new gun and I am happy that she likes it and I now have the comfort of knowing she and my 2 daughters will be much safer while they are out and about without me. Thanks a lot HawkTech folks, you have all been great and keep doing what your doing!

Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and time conscious. They have fair pricing even during this ammo shortage. They do a great job on FFL transfers too, definitely a great place to do business. Keep it up.

They carry quality gear, plenty of AR parts, have pretty helpful staff and their prices are competitive. I've bought plenty of stuff from them and have never yet felt the kind of regret that comes with seeing a much better deal online when I get home. You can likely find better sales online if you wait, but if you need something today or tomorrow, going here is a pretty sure bet.
