Bill and the other great guys at Meineke diagnosed my brakes and figured out what was wrong with it. I had spent a long time trying to figure out what was wrong with those brakes, and I’m a pretty good mechanic. They did a great job, and I was happy to pay for their service. This was my first time coming because I really needed an oil change and they were such a nice staff. Everyone was willing to help and especially because I'm a girl, he didn't try scamming and instead was explaining me through all the options. Will definitely be coming back!

I visited the shop twice. On my first visit, it was extremely smooth. I was a walk-in for a basic oil and filter change. The wait was not long at all even though a few other customers were there, and the price was very affordable (in-and-out-the-door at under $30). But on my second visit just a few months later. the atmosphere had changed. I was immediately pitched the more expensive synthetic oil changes. As I waited, I watched the mechanics hard-sell unnecessary maintenance to other customers, and I was no exception. Granted, I drive a ‘98 Ford Windstar with 153,000 miles, which is extremely low miles for the age of the van. So I was pitched 4 separate additional services. But based on the upkeep of my vehicle, there would be no reason for me to walk out of there paying $500 or more for all that stuff. I did ask that they change the serpentine belt because it was worn and I knew there would be a premium price for a mechanic to do it. Yet at just under $80 for the part and $65 in labor for a half an hour is a little excessive I believe. But the icing in the cake was charging me a bogus fee of over $14 for “shop supplies” without explaining that this charge would be on my bill. I didn’t see it until after I paid, because I was not shown an itemized breakdown until after the fact. That shady move right there was what made me decide right then and there to never go back to this shop. That extra charge made me question the integrity of the entire operation. I was given respect from the moment I walked in. They listened to me instead of talking over me. Very helpful and informative. They didn't try to overcharge me and explained what was wrong and why as well as what was involved with fixing the issue. I would recommend them without question for your automotive service needs.

I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated, was going to use a coupon but they pointed out that the coupon didn’t include the tire rotation. I said okay, that’s alright. They called me twice to offer me services I said I didn’t want, and then they called me to tell me they couldn’t rotate my tires because I need new ones. Then when I looked at my receipt, they charged me for the tire rotation. It also said they did a tire pressure check, but 3 out of 4 of my tires are still low. This is not the first time that I’ve had problems with this Meineke, and my parents dislike this location as well. Don’t go to this Meineke. Services: Tires, Oil change

This place is not reliable with their work or honest. I took my car in to get my window sealed up, and had to bring it back a second time because they failed to fix it right the first time. I took it back the next day, and the window fell right back down when i drove off the lot. I paid way too much for this job, and when it continued to not work i asked for my money back. We were cussed out and yelled at when we went into the store to talk through the refund. I would not recommend this shop to ANYBODY. They make promises they don’t keep, and they don’t do quality work. I will never be going back here. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was driving across the country on a big road trip and started experiencing some problems. Called ahead and they said “no problem, we’ll fit you right in when you get here!” despite it being a Saturday. They were honest and weren’t seeking to overcharge in any way. When they found the problems, they got them fixed very quickly so that it would be done same day. Very pleased with their service and the fact that I can now continue on my road-trip safely!
