This store is long overdue for renovation. Instead of going here, I drive an extra 10 minutes to go across town to the Carytown store. So much nicer! Update to my review. Update to my review: The other day around dinnertime, there was one person managing all 12 checkouts as well as managing the only 2 open cashiers for a very full store of customers. You need to hire more staff! That is so not fair to that one head cashier trying to cover everything. The last 3 times I have visited the store, customer service is closed including today at lunchtime, closed until 1 PM. Isn't that one of the busiest parts of the day?

I always purchase flowers at this particular Kroger they're always fresh and they are so beautiful and sometimes they're reasonably priced after a couple of days they mock them down and they still look really good check it out

The store itself is great. Clean normally stocked on items. The employees are helpful and polite for the most part. My only issue is I call into the store sitting in the parking lot to ask about an item and I called in about 5xs literally and waited on the phone 20mins each time to make sure they weren't on the phone helping someone else... I then walked into the store and all the customers service reps was standing around only 2 people in line with the phones just ringing no one answered.. I don't know if this is their new policy to not answer the phone but they should state that.

This store ain't that good. Sure, you can get basically everything you need food-wise. Double check the exp. date, especially for your produce. Date is 6/28/2022 and they still have produce on the shelves dated for 6/21/2022. They are going to make people very sick or kill someone with tainted products like that.

I go into this Kroger all the time. All sections of the market are well tended to IMO. Well stocked. Good parking. Check out lines move okay. I use the self check out mostly, and it has plenty of check out stations with only 1 employee trying to manage the area.

Did not catch the girl at self checkout name but she was very rude. I was trying to inform her about the machine and she walked off as I was talking to her. I've been in the retail business so I get it but when it comes to customers you need to put whatever attitude you have to the side and help them. Don't like your job then leave. Simple!

This store has steadily gotten worse over the last two years. Produce department is nasty, full of flies, and you have to really pick through bad produce to find anything. Deli is never staffed. Shelves are hardly ever stocked. Prices have almost doubled on nearly everything. You're lucky if there's more than one or two cashiers and don't have to wait 30+ minutes in line because there's no one to bag for them and they never have more than half of the self checkout kiosks open.
