Nice selection, cashier, and store stocker. But the hot food counter - set up late (10:50), slow worker; cart guy had an attitude.

The WORST pharmacy. They never have prescriptions ready on time, and act like it’s your fault when you arrive to pick it up at the time they told you to arrive. It sometimes even takes them up to three days after their own estimate to have the prescription ready. Many terrible experiences!

This Kroger refused to accept a recalled item back and issue me a refund, even though a self-checkout terminal alerted me that I purchased a recalled item a month ago. Kroger's official website listed the item as recalled and you still refused to accept it. Then I had to call Corporate's customer service line and waste 30 more minutes of my time to get a refund for this item that was recalled. What a waste of time for $20. So unnecessary and seriously comical how any and all of this was handled.

Horrible pharmacy, clearly severely understaffed and management doesn’t care. Good luck getting through on a call literally ever. Constantly giving estimates on meds that don’t match their capabilities.

i wish i could give this Kroger no stars and just leave a review. one star is too nice! the store is dirty, the associates are extremely unprofessional. The lady was showing a customer pictures on her phone, holding up the line. she was rude, no greeting, or anything. i really wish people would stop applying for jobs they don’t enjoy, it makes the company look bad! probably one of the worst kroger in Richmond!

Kroger's customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. The stores cleanliness looked a nasty dirty trashed nightclub at closing time. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in 2 months and there is trash all over the place. The welcoming clerk didn't even respond with a smile let alone a hello back when I said good evening. And at the end of this horrible shopping experience I didn't even wind up buying anything because they would not honor their posted prices without downloading an app and scanning all my items into the app. If I wanted to use an app I would shop online and pick it up curbside but apparently Kroger is trying to force all it's customers to shop through an app nowadays instead of continuing the personal touch of in store shopping. I will never shop at another Kroger again unless they go back to their original way of actual in person shopping.

Poor selection of pickles and frozen veg options. Also sells rotten watermelons. Absolute waste of time and money. Times are tough and supply lines are thin, but there is no excuse for selling foul rotten food. Doubt like hell it will be worth trying to get my money back

I've have not had good service at any Kroger. Saturday was my aunt 85th birthday party and I need flowers, so I went to the Kroger on Lombard in Richmond Virginia. I was looking for a nice center peace for the table. I found a bouquet of Orange roses, but I need them in a vase. I asked the young lady that was working in the floral department if she could put them in the vase for me. She said Ma'am I'll have to charge you for doing this. I told that will be fine, so she proceeded to put in the flowers in the vase that I had pick out. Cutting way the extra leaves to make it look nice, then she said this isn't the right vase for the flowers. She pick out another vase put the flowers in that vase and when back fixing the bouquet. She asked me what was the flowers for I told her it was for my aunt birthday. She said that's nice and proceeded to add more flowers to the vase. A simple bouquet because something wonderful for my aunt. She didn't charge extra, but I would paid it. It was worth every penny. I'm not sure what her name was but if she was working in Kroger at Lombard in Richmond Virginia on Saturday October 21st between 12 & 1 I thank you. You are truly and angel.
